Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

The store I go to is in Bonsack, next to Lucas Therapies on Valley Gateway. I enjoy ordering something from this shop's really nice staff: they will make whatever you want, regardless of how weird or what specials on other products they may have available; and, they are cheerful about it!

Adding to the respectful & pleasant demeanor of the staff is an incredibly quick turnaround time for an order to make its way into the customer's hands -- giving this Dominoes a rating of "VALUED" in my book of destinations. While any one person may say that Dominoe's pizza isn't their cup of tea, I have NEVER had anything bad or below my expectations for good food from this establishment.

In a town of this size, one might need to drive quite a distance to dine at a "TRENDING" pizza parlor. If you are picking up to take home, you need to figure that you will be facing the prospect of reheating upon arrival.

In a nutshell, if travel, good, quality food and turnaround time is important to you, Trust Dominoes to deliver the goods! ( And, I DO WISH they delivered to Blue Ridge, but 7 miles is pretty reasonable, from my...

Stopped in and ordered three pizzas, parmigiana bites and marinara and cheese dip. Waited for my food and then was given two of the pizzas I ordered and one I did not, the bites and no dip. To the guy one of my pizzas was completely wrong and the dip was missing. He put it back on the rack and put a bow on it and said what I thought was there’s the dip and that one of the drivers must’ve take the wrong pizza. Waited 10 minutes for the missing pizza and when I went to check my order there looked to be a calzone or something in the box the dip was supposed to be in. Then he tried to hand me a marinara cup which is completely different from the marinara and cheese dip. Now that I’m completely aggravated he the tried to say I ordered the wrong thing. Again marinara and cheese dip is a completely different menu item that the marinara cup. Needless to say I left with some food that had to sit while he replaced a missing item and without an item I ordered. Another place gone downhill due to poor hiring and lack of management. If you roll the dice and order from this store you better check it...

NO, NO, NO....

Go elsewhere for GOOD SERVICE.

There are so many other good/great pizza options... I'll choose one of those instead of this Dominoes store (and you should too).

Here's why: Management doesn't care..

Details: After a long day at work, I place my order on the app. My order is confirmed. I'm picking up my order, so I on my way... The store calls me, but I don't hear anyone (dead air...). I call the store back. I inquire and learn my order is canceled because they're closing (what?!). My order is confirmed, and I'll be there just in the nick-of-time. But that doesn't matter to the employee (he wants to lock the doors early and go home...).

Of course, a conscientious manager can fix this. So I asked to speak to the manager. The guy tells me he is the manager (what?!).

So many other restaurants and pizza companies will appreciate your business and honor your order more than this one...
