This review comes with a big disclaimer that I almost never give bad reviews. Additionally I have over ten years of customer service in the food industry. From being on the lowest level all the way up to management.So I completely understand how things can be difficult and how processes work. I placed an order a few days ago a little before 8pm. The order was accepted. Payment taken and pizza meter showed my food was being prepared. About 20 minutes later I got a call from the restaurant saying they did not have enough delivery drivers and they would not be sending my food. This was a big inconvenience as the money was taken out and I would have to wait days to be refunded and make new arrangements for dinner for the family. There were no accommodations made until I asked to speak with manager. After a few minutes of voicing my concerns to Lynn she said a $20 credit would be added for my next order. I called in a few days later and spoke with another manager Ray who said the credit was only $15. Now I’m not one to stress about $5 but at this point it’s the principal. I also understand worker shortage is high but if such a big company like dominos says they will do something they should do it. I asked if he could fix it and explained what happened. He refused. I asked if he could call Lynn. He said she was on leave. So essentially I get the short end of the stick again. Ultimately I went to the store and place an order for my $15 credit because I wanted to watch them make my food because I was concerned. Soooo glad I did. I met Ray and noticed he was sniffling behind his mask. He then went onto make my cheese dip with his bare hands. I politely requested he wear gloves in which he said he was not required but said he would do so. I politely told him his sniffling was a concern to me. I think this location needs to be looked at...

I order from you guys almost weekly Domino's Stafford tonight the driver Steve Stan ( who did not use gps so I could locate him ) took 45 minutes trying to find my house. I had to walk over 10 houses up the street and tell the driver I was up the street on the side of the road to get him to turn on my road. he wouldn’t even drive to my house since I was on the side of the street he said let me give you the food now ( while I was on Mountain View road). We kept asking him to put in the gps or turn in the dominos gps then I could give him better directions, he would not. Food was supposed to get here at 940 he called at 942 and it took till 10:30 to get the food. Keep in mind this whole time I have been on hold waiting for a manager to pick up even as I’m writing this I am still on hold. He didn’t have my dips or drinks and told me he would NOT come back. I use to order all the time from dominos and I’m not sure if I will anymore because it was that terrible trying to explain this driver where to go ( and if he would of had his dominos gps on I would know the exact directions to give ) all he kept telling me was a house with a big fence and lots of lights and it wasn’t even my street !!! Needless to say my food is cold and I’m so hungray .. I’m a teacher so I have to get to bed but please know I’m still on hold it’s been easily over an hour. Dominos this is so wrong. Read moreAbsolutely dismal service. Understaffed maybe? A few weeks ago, I ordered a couple pizzas and two hours later, the tracker said they could not complete the order and they automatically cancelled it. I made the mistake of thinking they sorted their woes out and ordered again tonight. Ordered at 7:13pm, delivery was estimated at 9:02 PM. I watched the tracker as the driver turned the WRONG WAY down our street and then went back to the Dominos. The tracker said it was delivered. I called them up and after being on hold for a half hour, let them know I didn't get it. The driver claimed he put it at our front door. Nobody was there, it would have been recorded by our door cam. Finally they agreed to make us another order. Best I can hope for is getting our order 3 hours after ordering, but I'm not very confident about it and can't watch the tracker this time....
