Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Ordered some late night pizza. When the delivery guy got here everything was good until he dropped my pizza. He asked me to check them, but my hands were full. So when I got inside, I sat the pizza down and checked on them. They were all smushed. I called the store because the delivery driver had already left. The lady on the phone, I’m assuming the manager seemed very hesitant to make things right. She said it was going to take a long time to get me a new pizza, wanted to make sure I didn’t eat anything(although I was going to have to wait a “long time” for a new pizza) and not only that, she called me back a few seconds later after the first call, implying that I was lying. Saying “you told the delivery driver the pizza was still good” which I never said. So I told her to just give me the refund and they can come get their smushed pizza back. They cancelled an order for 12 large pizzas for a get together that I placed ahead of time on their app. They called me and said they didn’t have the “product”. I’m like let’s change the order to something you do have, I took people’s money for this order, they are expecting something to eat. They’re like no, the truck didnt her here. I called another domino and they did not deliver because the location fell under the dominos that cancelled the order. What a shitshow. I had to drive and go get the pizzas and by the time I got them it was an hour late. Why not put on your app the order cannot be placed then? Now I have to do a credit card dispute too because they didnt even refund me. Im sure dominoes is a good company, it’s the staff and manager of this particular...

Rarely do I give 5 stars for a chain restaurant unless they stand out. Outside looks normal with a clean lot with ample parking..inside is where the magic is..the prep tables are clean, staff was so friendly..what's impressive was the Manger had her hands dirty helping the staff knock out orders. She was give praise and words of encouragement to her staff. Despite being busy time of the day on friday evening, they knocked my order out in 15 minutes. I loved that their carryout special is 7.99 and if you pay before coming, you just wait in your car and they bring it to your car. So much better then a crowded little Caesars where you wait about 30 minutes just to get to the counter. I am impressed with the customer service here.. Definitely will be my go to for fast...
