This is arguably one of the best second hand shops in Newport news. Their items are clean, high quality, and they stock a wide range of sizes. It's all women's clothing very gently used or in some cases still new with tags. Lots of brand names as well as designer labels. That being said, this is a consignment store, which means prices do tend to be higher than most thrift stores; I'd say they price items just slightly higher than Goodwill, but the quality is also higher. The best way to get deals is to shop with their frequent shoppers card which you can turn in for money off a purchase after it's filled out. Also, keep an eye on the dates of the tags; anything dated back- I think 60 days or more- is steeply discounted. Sometimes they do sidewalk sales where items are as low as twenty five cents! This is a ladies clothing consignment store . You bring your clean , pressed and gently worn clothing on hangers on Tuesdays & Wednesdays to let them sell your items for you . You can only bring 15 items per visit . They also take shoes . They keep your items up to 2 months and depending on what is sold , they will mail you a check and if any items don't sell during that time period , they are marked done to half price. You might want to call ahead to find out if they are still accepting summer clothing or are getting ready to accept fall clothing ! They also carry handbags jewelry and some really cool sunglasses ! They even have a section for designer clothes ! I have received 3 checks since consigning my clothing and shoes with Act ll Consignment and the amounts have been pathetically low ! I was shocked at how little they were ! Then they took a $2 fee for the check itself ! It really wasn't worth my time & trouble after...

My friend Vanessa use to love flamingos, in my search of looking for a shirt with flamingos to sheer her up I stop by act 2 and ask the girls if the have anything like it . After few minutes looking one of the owners came and show me the most Beautiful sweeter with all kind of sweet designs and YES ...FLAINGOS when I went to pay for it They say is is our Gift to your friend .
