Fun little store. Lots of unique flavor names. They may not have "31" flavors that many expect to see but they have enough variety to satisfy everyone. They cover your basics from vanilla and Ave strawberry to your more original flavors like playdough. It was busy on a summer Sunday even though every other shop in the area was closed. I got my scoop in the waffle cone. The cone was crisp and fresh. It didn't get soggy or leak out the bottom. My friend got the bourbon brown butter ice cream and said it was "top shelf". I got the dark chocolate marshmallow peanut butter. And wow. Amazing. The flavors were excellent. But there was a bit of grittiness to this ice cream that can sometimes happen with small batch ice cream. If you're used to the smooth large batch store ice cream, you may not like this. I do like smoother ice creams better but I don't mind an ice cream that maybe needed some more churning. Reminds me of making ice cream growing up. The more ingredients you at the harder it is to get perfect. And it melts fast! I'm a slow eater. I should have gotten it in a bowl but really wanted a cone. I made a mess! Good thing you can get your own napkins! I think the biggest issue I have, hence, the 4 stars, is the way the line is set up. You go in and immediately the register is there to place an order. But you need to walk down and see what the flavors are, or turn and see what is written on the small-ish chalkboard signs. They do more than cones. Fyi My natural inclination was to walk down, completely oblivious to the small celling mounted indicator signs, to place my order. This was so I could look at everything all the flavors and wall mounted signs. Then my other assumption was that the pick up and pay. But you order and pay- Right up front, walk to the back or middle and get your ice cream. This creates major congestion and confusion while the back of the store was pretty empty. I think the design and flow could be improved a bit too help with the movement of customers. Either have some information signs at eye level to help direct traffic flow or adjust the line to what people will naturally do. Many of us were there for the first time and doing exactly what I was doing. But everyone was friendly. The staff was friendly and they did a great job of remembering who ordered what. My friend and I say in the benches outside, we watched kids run races, families laugh with each other, people who didn't know each other strike up conversations all over a nice scoop of ice scream. It was as if all the world paused for just a moment and life was good. Next time I need the world to pause I will be back. (Sorry for typos)

We absolutely loved this cute little ice cream shop that recently opened in Hilton Village. The decor is welcoming, warm and clean, and we were greeted by the staff the moment we walked in the door. As we were looking into the ice cream cases, they asked if we would like to taste any of the many flavors offered that day. I had a waffle cone with two scoops - one oatmeal cookie craving and one brown butter bourbon truffle, and both were divine! My daughter had a waffle cone with two scoops of red velvet revival, and my son had a cake cone with one scoop of peanut butter cup - both were big hits! I love that they change the flavors out regularly so you can try different things each time. Next time, I’d like to try the create your own ice cream sandwiches. What a great addition to the Hilton area. We can’t wait to return!

This was our first visit to Hilton Creamery. The place was immaculate and all the staff was super friendly. I love how the menu actually was on the opposite wall from where you order. Most other food service places have the menu behind the counter making you feel rushed to make your selection because you feel like the cashier is looking right at you while looking at the menu lol. Here, you are looking away from the counter and it truly makes you feel like you can take your time and look at the whole menu with no pressure. My wife had the brownie sundae and I had the smores sundae!! They were both amazing and very generous on portion size. By far the best place in the area for ice cream. We cant wait to visit again!!

Review: An Unforgettable Ice Cream Experience at The Hilton Creamery

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Hilton Creamery, and I can confidently say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. This charming ice creamery has mastered the art of crafting not just ice cream, but delightful moments that linger long after the last bite.

Ambiance and Atmosphere: Upon entering, you're immediately welcomed by a warm, inviting atmosphere. The decor is a perfect blend of modern chic and nostalgic charm, creating a space that's both comfortable and stylish. Whether you're with family, friends, or enjoying a solo treat, the ambiance makes you feel right at home.

Customer Service: The staff at The Hilton Creamery are genuinely passionate about what they do, and it shows. Their friendly smiles, extensive knowledge of the flavors, and eagerness to help made the entire experience delightful. They patiently answered all my questions and even offered generous samples to ensure I made the perfect choice.

Flavor Selection: The flavor selection is nothing short of impressive. From classic favorites like rich, creamy vanilla and decadent chocolate to inventive and unique options like lavender honey and balsamic strawberry, there's something to satisfy every palate. Each flavor is meticulously crafted, using the highest quality ingredients, resulting in ice cream that’s bursting with authentic, vibrant flavors.

Quality and Taste: The quality of the ice cream at The Hilton Creamery is simply unparalleled. Every scoop is incredibly creamy and perfectly balanced, with textures that melt in your mouth. The attention to detail in each flavor’s creation is evident, and the use of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients takes the taste to another level. My personal favorites were the salted caramel, which had the perfect blend of sweet and salty, and the pistachio, which was delightfully nutty and smooth.

Presentation: Not only does the ice cream taste amazing, but it’s also a feast for the eyes. Each scoop is presented with care, often topped with delightful garnishes that complement the flavors. The presentation makes the experience even more enjoyable, adding a touch of elegance to every order.

Value for Money: Given the exceptional quality and generous portion sizes, The Hilton Creamery offers great value for money. It's clear that every penny spent goes towards providing a superior product and experience.

Overall Experience: My visit to The Hilton Creamery was nothing short of magical. It’s a place where passion for ice cream meets exceptional craftsmanship, creating a haven for ice cream enthusiasts. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, a visit to The Hilton Creamery is an absolute must. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delightful offerings.

If you’re looking for an ice creamery that goes above and beyond in every aspect, look no further than The Hilton Creamery. It’s a true gem that stands out in the world of...

Hilton Cream Shop continues to impress with its high-quality ice cream and pleasant atmosphere. The service is generally efficient, and the shop remains a favorite stop for a sweet treat.

On a recent visit, I was pleased to see the addition of a new team member—a young Black woman—who carried out her duties with professionalism and courtesy. She appeared attentive and capable, contributing positively to the customer experience.

That said, I was disappointed to observe a few of her white colleagues watching her in a manner that suggested discomfort or distrust. Their behavior—subtle but noticeable—did not reflect the inclusive and welcoming environment that Hilton Cream Shop is known for.

I hope the management team takes an active role in fostering equity, respect, and support among all staff members, regardless of background. A truly outstanding establishment ensures that every employee feels valued and empowered to succeed.

I will certainly continue to patronize Hilton Cream Shop, and I look forward to seeing it maintain not only its high standards for product and service, but also for...
