I hate to leave a bad review, I'm not usually the type to complain. But we pull up to the drive through 15-20 minutes before closing, we wait for a couple minutes and nothing, we pull up to the window and still nothing, no problem they're probably getting a head start of closing and haven't realized so we head inside. After a few minutes someone shows up then goes on their phone and then acknowledges us. We order one hot latte, one cold latte with almond milk and avocado toast. Then a lady with the same drive through problem as us comes in just wanting gift cards, she waits a while before another worker pops up and doesn't acknowledge her until the customer says hi and the worker points to the other (clearly busy) worker and says he'll help her in a moment. More minutes pass and the 2nd worker pops back in, to help the lady but none of them know how to do gift cards so she leaves empty handed. Our drinks finally come out, but they forget the avocado toast and the hot drink is nowhere near hot (I think they also messed up the milk on the other drink but I don't bother asking about it), we tell them and thankfully they fix the hot drink and give us the toast but not before one of the workers blames forgetting the toast on the fact that they were about to close... But we came at least 15 minutes before they close (btw they close at 8 not 9, a lot of their signs still say 9) which I don't think is pushing it too much and we paid for the toast already after asking if they were still doing toast...? In total in took over 20 minutes for our drinks to even come out. The drinks themselves were fine, I just wouldn't have bothered if I knew it would take that long. I also usually don't mind bad retail experiences (I know what it's like sometimes, I've worked retail jobs before) as long as the people are nice about it, but these people seemed like there were actively ignoring us and like they were trying to blame their mistakes on us. I've usually never had problems with this location but this was pretty...
Read moreMy recent experiences at Dunkin' Donuts have been marked by a couple of notable concerns that have impacted the overall satisfaction of my visits. While Dunkin' Donuts is renowned for its delicious treats and coffee offerings, the speed of service at some locations has left much to be desired.
The efficiency of the service, particularly during peak hours, has been inconsistent. The wait times at times seemed disproportionately long, raising questions about the staffing levels and operational efficiency. Given the brand's popularity, one would expect a more streamlined and rapid service to accommodate the fast-paced nature of on-the-go coffee and snack purchases.
Another aspect that has detracted from the overall impression is the cleanliness of the restroom facilities. The toilets, in particular, have not consistently met the standards one would expect from a reputable chain. Maintaining clean and sanitary facilities is crucial for ensuring a positive customer experience, and the lapses in this regard can have a notable impact on the overall perception of the Dunkin' Donuts brand.
While the quality of the products remains a strong point, addressing these concerns would undoubtedly contribute to a more satisfying customer experience. Enhancements in service speed during busy periods and a renewed focus on restroom cleanliness would align with the high standards that customers expect from a globally recognized chain like Dunkin' Donuts. I hope the management considers these aspects to maintain the brand's positive reputation and ensure continued...
Read moreI’m unsure why I keep going to this Dunkin because the service is unbearable, but it is the only one close to me.
I went there yesterday at noon and went to the drive thru. There were 4 cars in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get to the window. They didn’t know what order was for which car. I ordered two food items and a coffee and they were going to give me a signature latte and only charged me that. I mentioned it was wrong and what I ordered. It took another 3 minutes to get it correct and get my items so now I understand why it took forever to get through the drive thru. The worker mentioned she didn’t charge for my order and seemed to not want to give me it but at that point it’s not my problem. I did get what I ordered, however my medium coffee had 5 skim in it, and I didn’t ask for 5. It should be 3:3 in a medium by default.
Also in the past I’ve ordered coffee and know how many pumps should be in each coffee. I’d always get 1:1 in a medium and large. I began looking at the sticker before leaving and sometimes the sticker was right but it was obviously incorrect when I took a sip. I’m disappointed in my order 4...
