I live less than a mile away from this location so it was my go to, I would go here for years. That said, however I took almost a year off from ordering here. Coffee would taste horrible, food would be either burnt or underdone, and it was just terrible. I'm not big on complaints, I just take my business elsewhere (besides, when i tried to contact corporate with pics, I got no response.) Fast forward to more recently I've been going back. Coffee has been a hit every time, the girls working there are sweet, and even the food I order has been good again! I came here to write the review about something else: ice water. In the time I've been away I've been going to other coffee places: Starbucks, 7 brew, etc. I like water with my coffee and I usually bring my own however sometimes time doesn't allow so I order one from wherever I'm at. I'm NEVER charged for water. Today I go to Dunkin and they say they have to charge for water. Cool, it's 1.11. Still kind of cool but 1.11 is steep for sink water and regular ice. The kicker was, it's a medium cup. I get we have to maximize profit or whatever but SINK WATER??? They say this is a corporate decision and had I had the time I'd have gone in and spoke in person (they said they were in today). In the past year it seems they can not keep any friendly or competent employees. Tonight 10-17-17 was absolutely the worst and most rude customer service I have ever received any where. After sitting at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes with no response, I drove to the window only to wait another five minutes while she walked around on her phone before coming to the window. And like I said, I order the same coffee everyday, she brought me my coffee & it was not made correctly. After asking for more cream she proceeded to argue that she made it right, said "Bye" & shut the window. I then parked & went inside, asked her to remake my coffee, she continued to run her mouth about how she had made the coffee right to start, I waited, she walked around still on her phone, she then decided to talk a bunch of nonsense with whom ever she was on the phone with. I then told her that I would be calling her manager, she told me to "Shut-up or she wasn't going to make my coffee" as she walked to the back. After a few choice words, that I take full responsibility for. I refunded myself for my coffee from her tip jar (less than what I paid) & I left. Forget "Customer Service" this was just intolerable behavior...

I had a mobile order and my boyfriend ordered at the speaker she told me they didnāt have crossaints, i said ok i will take it on a bagel she tells me she only has one sesame seed bagel i said okay can i get it on an english muffin and she says yes my boyfriend orders a sandwich on a english muffin also, we get the window and she tells us they donāt have english muffins or bagels defrosted so we have to get it on sourdough. she asks is that okay? i already paid for my order online so we both said that was fine. she hands us our food we thank her and she says nothing back. i open my food i take a bite of my sandwich and the bread is very hard and my boyfriends sandwich is half sausage and half cheese witch egg it wasnāt even fully assembled this isnāt the first time iāve had problems with this location i would give zero...
