Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

Although the staff at this Duncan is very nice it's the senior manager who makes the experience they're terrible rude to employees she rude to customers, let's just say she is selective in who she serves. I have been coming here since it opened and it did not used to be this way until this manager showed up but as far as the employees they are the best. I have been trying to leave Starbucks and make Dunkin' Donuts my main coffee shop but she is making it very difficult. Another problem at this shop is that they nickel and dime everthing. A Former employee revealed to me that they calibrate their machines so you do not get a true full espresso shots for an example the grande size Americano only put about two shots and it's water down so if you want to true Americano you have to specifically tell them three of the Single shots in a medium cup and how much hot water. So in essence they do not have a true Americano. I don't know if this is all Dunkin' Donuts but I know it's at this one; other thing is the perks program is no match for Starbucks. At Starbucks when you earn your points there is no questions asked you get any drink on the board or any pastry not so at this Dunkins. When trying to use my perk reward on my free drink this manager would charge you extra on a true Americano grande size which should be three shots and hot water. I like Dunkin' Donuts I like the staff at this shop but now I'm sucking it up going back to Starbucks and only go if this manager is not in there. I will tell you this If they don't take this serious this Dunkin' Donuts won't last because shoppers right next-door to it makes great...

I have been coming here for a while and even sometimes 2 a days at this location (yes, DD you are collecting all my $$$). I like this location because Z is amazing, seems like she is no longer here sadly, not sure why and then the other staff members lole Noureen who is always a delight, Mohamed, and Abigail (young girl with twists in her hair). As for the other staff, I recently came across a Spanish worker named Carolina or Karina who was extremely rude to a customer. I have never seen her until recently. The customer told her that her response to her was unprofessional and she seemed to not care or as if it wasn’t going to impact her. I was shocked. The other lash who is rude is another woman who wears a visor on her head and usually makes the food. She had the nerve to basically assume that I was fighting with her. I ordered a Large and she said they only had small or medium that day due to cups. I said ok, so are you going to give me a medium and a small to make it a large? Well, guess she didn’t understand and I tried to explain (used hand gestures) I am a New Yorker, go figure but she assumed I was arguing and so she said to me “you are talking to me like I shot you.” She proceeded to give me munckins as a comp but that’s not what I asked for. I was getting those regardless for my daughter. Anyway, this location is no longer my favorite but I do support the good folks they still have left, sadly.

Karina and...

I came with my boyfriend a few days ago and we ordered a large strawberry dragonfruit, a medium bloody orange and a few food items. After paying my boyfriend looked at the receipt and saw that we were rung up for a small instead of a large so he brought it to the employees attention, (she looked like she was a manager) when he told her I ordered a large instead she gave us attitude. She just kept arguing back as if it were a problem, then she was telling us that she's going to have yo refund us and she was going to up charge us for a large which we had no problem with, that's what I wanted in the first place. She had two more customers in line and we had no problem whatsoever waiting for our drinks. While we waited we didn't say anything or give her attitude and when she finally gave us the drink she was telling us that she's compromising OUR order and just gave us a medium strawberry dragonfruit instead of the large I asked for, but she was telling us she wasn't going to upcharge unless we really wanted it. Again, I had no problem with paying more it's literally a few cents extra, she was acting like we were lying so we can get a bigger size and I really did not appreciate the attitude. I was very polite and the drink was terrible, she didn't know how to make the drink and she was very rude and condescending....
