As a business who is reviewing another business I tKe it very seriously what I put down here. I love Dunkin but the staff at this store especially the old lady working there is extremely rude. I went there for a week and spent roughly $120 and the last time I went I spent $30 and then I dared ask for a glass of water. And the old lady said it’s $.75 for the water I said what that s kinda crazy and she then took a cup and tossed it to me and yelled loud as I walked away “Why does everyone expect something for Free.” I then went fill my cup in the bathroom as she wouldn’t actually give me water.
Now saying that I expect thinks for free well yes my old lady I do expect a company where I just spent $30 and spent a lot of money that week that I would easily be given a glass of water and not have you be a stingy old lady.
I’m a life coach and I get it. I encountered a lot of people like this in my life who are older and have to continue working until the day they die and they are clearly very upset very unhappy. And take everything out on the world. Let’s be honest. She’s an old woman in her 70s and does not want to be working at this job and so she treats everyone like Trash and I’m sorry to say it, but that is my proper evaluation tell me I’m wrong. This woman was unbelievably rude and I hear that she’s been unbelievably rude with many other others. They just all haven’t posted. Even my stepfather told me how rude they were there, and he will be posting as well.
So if you want this location to be better, you need to fire an old Who needs to retire and if she needs the money, then she needs to change her attitude and be a big girl and learn how to put on a smile for customers and not have that constant frown, which may not actually be a frown and may instead be just how she looks, but the point is, she just looks unhappy all the time and it’s very unwelcoming. I know Duncan just changed their brand, but you can change your brand all you want until you change your people. Nothing changes.
Dunkin you have failed at this store and you’re failing your customers with such people. That is my honest evaluation of this store! And I do not lie otherwise I’ll be putting my own business at risk and that would be not smart. And if anything I said, seems to be aggressive, rude disrespectful. I’m only throwing back at your company what you threw at mine because it was my company that was paying...
Read moreI go into this Dunkin quite a bit recently, because it’s close to home. There is an older woman who claims to be the manager, but I swear she needs an attitude adjustment.
The last time I went in there, I told her I wanted a signature latte and she asked me if I wanted cream and milk in it. I asked her “I thought it already came with milk and I can modify if I want to?” And she said “no you have to add milk and sugar to the drinks otherwise they are plain” Turns out it was regular ol’ coffee and not the latte I wanted, but by the time I realized I was already home working for the day. That completely started my Monday off on the wrong foot (and it’s Monday, we all hate them) On that one interaction alone, she doesn’t know how to treat people. She makes someone feel so ignorant and small just because she herself doesn’t understand what someone is asking or saying. If this is how she treats customers, guests, whatever you’d like to call us, I can only imagine how the other employees at Dunkin feel having to work under this woman. Needless to say, I’m very upset and disappointed as I have never had this issue prior to that interaction. I’ve also never dealt with a woman who uses her “credentials” to make someone feel so utterly small and stupid. Miss “I’ve been a manager for 10 years and I’ve gotten manager of the month several times.” The way I literally scoffed. As an employee, I would hate to work under her. As a customer: she ruins my entire experience, every...
Read moreThe worst Dunks I had ever been to, and I’ve been to many. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
The donuts were TERRIBLE. The chocolate covered with sprinkles had the least amount of frosting I have ever seen (see my photo). The double chocolate donut wasn’t even glazed. The frosting on each tasted like chocolate frosting from the grocery store - and not even the good kind.
The bagel wasn’t cooked all the way through. And I don’t mean they didn’t toast it properly (which they didn’t, they microwaved it). The bagel still had raw places in it, and was completely inedible.
The single coffee we got, cold brew with almond milk, was disgusting. The cold brew seemed old and left black sludge on the bottom of the cup. This was less than 10 minutes after I ordered it.
The environment of this location was off. The staff was rude to each other. When one worker asked another if a muffin was done, the worker replied in a very aggressive tone, “Well did the bell go off?” The worker simply replied, “No.” The other worker then rudely stated, “Well then it’s not done!”
I will not ever be back here again. What an awful place. Don’t waste your money. Go get your breakfast/coffee anywhere else - even if it’s the gas station...
