Order lemonade and steak a la corde (I think I spelled it right) (either way the description said ribeye steak with onions mushrooms and peppers)I ordered it medium rare after I finished drinking my first lemonade and the waiter brought me a water i explained that I had lemonade he left and brought the food and then left before I could ask about my lemonade...while I'm waiting to tell him that I don't have my lemonade I see my steak is well done he never came back and checked if my group was alright I had to flag him down and when I showed him my steak I said very nicely "sir I ordered my steak medium rare and it is well done" he said "yes well done" I said "I ordered medium rare " he said "so?" I couldn't believe he said that to me so I said nicely "I wanted medium rare" he goes "you want me to take it back?" I said "yes" and when I got a new steak it was very tough (neither steak was a ribeye I know ribeyes) he didn't apologize, or offer to discount, nothing, felt very cheated and unsatisfied DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Came to VA to visit with family and was craving Mexican food . After googling a few places and reading the reviews, my family and I decided to try this place . Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted with a warm welcome. We were served with chips and salsa immediately after we were seated, the chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. They have a wide selection which made it hard to choose from. I ordered shrimp, scallops and chicken with a side of cactus , rice and beans omggggg it was hot, fresh, seasoned to perfection and absolutely delicious, I immediately asked for another side of rice after trying it .This was the best Mexican food I have ever eaten in my entire life omgggg before I headed back to my state the next day, my family and I went back and ordered food to take back home with us . We only had one problem we had a very unpleasant waiter , he was impatient and seemed to not want to be at work. One of his colleagues saw the look of vexation on my face and he asked me if everything was ok , I told him no and explained why, he then stepped in to help smooth things over which was very nice of him to do so, he was very patient, pleasant and friendly. I came in at 2:45pm. End of their lunch service and no customers except for me. I was greeted with a warm and enthusiastic smile and invited to sit anywhere. “Still serving food?” -of course! What are your drinking, brother? Many employed at other establishments would be thoroughly annoyed to have to serve someone for lunch after being empty for quite some time. Not here. The gentleman saw that I was having trouble looking at things on my phone so he volunteered a sheet of paper with the wifi password on it. Difficult to get reception in here. Here’s the WiFi password if you’d like it. He saw me looking around and asked, -What are you looking for? Need hot sauce? Here. Would you like to try some of the hot sauce that we make here? Baseball ok? Want me to change the channel?

Someone once told me that service is what happens to you. Taking your order, getting it right, and bringing what you ask for is what is expected. Anticipating what you might need and offering them, making sure that you have the best experience, day, lunch, is hospitality.
