Not happy at all. I usually go to the 1 across from Sam's club & love them. If this was my 1st experience I would never come back to any of their stores. My hook & ladder was bread, lettuce & very little meat & no cheese at all. It was an online order so I just picked it up & left. Very disappointed at spending almost $40.00, I bought 4 medium hook & ladders. It will be a while before I even go back to the 1 by Sam's club. I need to let this memory fade before I go back again. Very disappointed. Also shockingly once I got in my car a worker came out of the Domino's Pizza next door & went into his blue jeep & took out a bag of cheese 😳 I'm guessing he put it in there to thaw. I'm sure that's against health department rules. It was very hot out. I wonder how long it sat in his car? Just another business to avoid. 🤮

Delicious! Firehouse Subs offers a fantastic sandwich experience with a unique firefighter-themed atmosphere. The quality of their subs stands out, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The variety on the menu, from classic subs to innovative options like the Hook & Ladder, ensures there's something for everyone. Their steamed meats and toasted bread give each bite a flavorful, satisfying warmth. Plus, their commitment to public safety charities adds a meaningful touch to the dining experience. Overall, Firehouse Subs is a great spot for delicious, hearty sandwiches with a purpose.

This location is always friendly and good service. I come here every week and get a salad. I always ask for extra dressing because one cup is not enough. This time I got 2 cups and neither one of them were filled even halfway up. If I pay $15 for a salad, I would like enough dressing to cover the salad. Please stop trying to save a few cents and fill up the cups with salad dressing!!

My Wife and I grabbed lunch with my mom at this location earlier today (10/13/24) and the overall experience was a 4 Star (Almost 5!)

We ordered 2 Large Sub combos, one meatball and one ham, turkey, cheese, and pickles with a brownie and baked lays! My mother ordered a cheesesteak sub and I have to say.

All the food was PERFECT! It was hot, tasted amazing, smelled amazing, everything! And it was ready as soon as we walked in the door!

Going in there and seeing the atmosphere of a welcoming restaurant, great smelling food, nice workers, and the firefighting theme was awesome! It was also warmhearted to see that they have raised over $2MILLION dollars for their charity!

Unfortunately the reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because the Dining room was a mess. Napkins and utensils on many of the tables, crumbs all under multiple tables.

Unfortunately not a 5 star experience, but I would definitely give this place a try just for the good food and customer service! We tipped them $10 for our $23 order because of how well...

I came to the firehouse subs on saturday with my mother, since i couldn't be with her on sunday the 14th for mother's day. I got her a gift card for firehouse subs from krogers for $60. She was extremely adamant about using the gift card to pay for both of our subs, and would not allow me to take my wallet into the establishment. So i allowed her to pay. When she pay, the guy at the counter ask me "Do you have a job?" and he proceed to say "I hope tomorrow for mother's day you can buy your mom a meal, buddy". calling me " buddy "and insinuating I was a bum, bumming off my mom. I was a little upset by that. This guy i dont know his name but he looks like he might be from the middle east. He works at this firehouse subs on Keagy road. I won't come back here to this location because of him. He was rude to say that. i am hispanic /latino of course i work. has anyone ever saw a hispanic who doesn't work? we are hard workers. thats why i was a little...
