Sometimes time gets away from you, and you realize it's after 9 PM, and you're starving, and don't want to cook. You also realize you don't want to eat take away food. Glory Days is reasonably priced and has assembled a diverse menu to satisfy most pallets. I had been craving chicken wings for about a week, but didn't want to only eat wings, also we were visiting on a Wednesday, and the current promo for our area is ribs on Wednesday. Sold! , Wings and ribs it is. My companion ordered the steak and cheese sub.
Our food came in a reasonable amount of time, and was delicious 😋.
We had been walking for most of the day, and decided water would be the best beverage to rehydrate our weary bodies.
For the most part our waitor kept up with everything. Unfortunately that didn't last, and towards the end of the meal, our water glasses emptied. We requested more water, three times. I gave up. I needed the wet stuff. So I went to the bar, and noticing the beverage station on the end, I served myself.
I was calm about the process, and returned to the table successfully, without incident. That's when my companion flagged down our waitor again.
When you have to flag down your waitor, multiple times, and the restaurant isn't that busy, hearing excuses isn't going to make the situation better. If our waitor felt overwhelmed, he should have been trained to ask for assistance from other wait-staff or the manager.
Other than the water issue, our visit...
Read moreSo tonight, I had an issue with my take-out order: it was supposed to be ready by 8.20 pm and I showed up at 8.30 pm and by 8.45pm, I still did not have my order nor any update whether face to face or through the order's app. When I got to speak with one of the employees, I was upset because it had been the second time within a week that I had been displeased with the service received( I am the person who posted a review a few days ago regarding an employee closing the door on my face while I was speaking to her-I removed that review both because of how professional your employees were tonight and also because I did not realize I posted that particular review under one of my work e-mails:-). Like I mentioned to the employee tonight, I do not post a review to cause trouble to a restaurant or to an employee but maybe that review would help the staff team to improve on certain points. I also do not post reviews to obtain free stuff( but that was very nice of you to offer). My family and I have been going to this place for over 10 years and we always had a great time whether food-wise or staff-wise. The employee explained that there may be a delay in the online orders as it is still a new service. He also spoke of the other incident and I felt that he truly cared for the costumers who come to Glory Days: that is the reason why instead of a 1-star review tonight, I am rating my experience as a 5-star...

For the last few months, we order by phone to-go and tell the staff member that the manager gave us special permission and they’ve made it for our son. We are so grateful for this kind gesture, and it allows us to continue to eat as a family together in their restaurant or to-go. Thank you, Fox Mill GD! (Revising to 4 stars)

We order from Glory Days a lot. We enjoy their food. But I’m just floored that they just took mozzarella cheese sticks off the menu this past week…what?? They’ve been on your menu for like 20 years!! Why would you do that?
AND, my son who has autism and eats like 4 things total loved the kids pasta with Parmesan garlic cream sauce. We’d get 2 orders of it once a week, without fail. Now…off the menu! No kids pasta option!? Only Mac and cheese, which oddly enough he hates.
C’mon Glory Days…you’re killing me with these changes! Now our family can’t eat here if there’s nothing for our kid to eat on your menu. Do you know how rare it was for us to eat together anywhere...
