I love hot chocolate. I'm not a coffee or (real) tea person so pretty much the only hot beverage I'll order out is hot chocolate. This Starbucks, specifically, has the best hot chocolate of any other Starbucks I've been to, in and out of the area. I always thought "the barista follows the recipe, you get the same hot chocolate," nope! This place is my all-time favorite, over restaurants and other cafes too. The staff is also fantastic. They are delightful, very nice, and always greet you with a smile. Veeeery occasionally an order is messed up (during peak times), but they'll fix it right away without a second thought. As they get to know the regulars, they know roughly what they're coming in for and the drinks are made quicker, and it's corny sounding but definitely made with love šŸ„°. @chocosnoblikon

I am very disappointed with the service here today. I ordered expresso and they did not replace the coffee bean when they redo my expresso the second time. They used the old coffee bean where they mistakenly made at my first order. They think that I donā€™t know that, I normally order this type of coffee and it should be the darkest color of expresso, not too light shown in the picture as a evidence. This kid destroys the Starbucks brand.

I am incredibly disappointed by my experience here. My husband and I both ordered our normal drink, Venti Iced Blonde Americano with an Extra shot. Instead we received a Venti Hot Americano with long shots. I asked them to remake so they'd be Iced, but didn't notice the long shot part.

Needless to say the drinks were disgusting and we ended up just writing this starbucks off instead of asking them to remake again, and went to the local gas station instead to get Iced coffee. Goodbye almost 12 dollars.

This starbucks was not busy at the time and had more than enough staff to handle the customer volume (2 on bar, 1 on cash, 1 floater,...

I went in here on Monday 04/17/17 to redeem a free drink I had received for my birthday on my Starbucks app. I did not know how to redeem it so I went and asked the employees to help me, the guy in the front was so rude to me and told me I had already redeemed it when I never got a free drink. I kept telling I did not know to redeem it but I did hit redeem when I received it that morning. He told me he did not know what to tell me in such a rude way. My co workers and I go into this Starbucks every morning before work and I have never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks before. Someone needs to talk to...
