This is more a posting about an issue I had and I can't find a to inform you otherwise. I've gotten coffee from you all several times and the cup (multiple sizes) has started leaking as I leave the store (I use drive-thru). Probably something wrong at the manufacturer since this has also happened a time or two at other Hardee's, but I live close to this one and so notice it more here.
Otherwise, the service is great and quick, I rarely have to wait long. I wish you had a line or something to tell where to pull up to as I have a longer vehicle and don't like to make your employees walk in the cold when I order something that takes longer to make. But I've also accidentally blocked the window a bit by not pulling up far enough and some of the other customers are not nice people in the area and yell at the folks at the window when it is me blocking the access. Read moreEvery time I come here around dinnertime lately, something is wrong with my order when I get home, usually because they apparently have trouble checking what's supposed to be in it.
Ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles, no onions? Get a burger with nothing (not even cheese) but meat, ketchup, and mustard.
Order a burger and a chicken sandwich? Get 2 chicken sandwiches.
Order a large fry and a small fry? Get 2 small fries.
Order one hamburger w/nothing but meat and bun, and one with everything including onions? Get 2 burgers w/ketchup & mustard and neither has onions.
And so on.
If i'm ordering through the mobile app, I should be able to expect that someone is actually reading my order and not just seeing 2 burgers, 2 fries, etc. and assuming everything is just duplicates and/or not customized...

But the reason I'm giving my 3 star rating is because I waited for nearly 20 minutes for a manager to speak to them about an issue I had with my chicken sandwich. 20 minutes to speak to a manager is ridiculous. When I questioned them about why it took so long, the employee said "I'm sorry sir, we were trying to figure out who the manager was". Excuse me? You were trying to figure out who the manager is?
