I hate making bad reviews but I am honestly very disappointed in the last order that I received from Little Caesars. I am absolutely obsessed with the Italian cheese bread and usually get it about once every week or two. I went to Little Caesars last night after having a long day at work and was really hungry and did not feel like fixing food. I got there at about 9:15 and ordered the pizza and sticks deal that they just started running. The person who took my order did not seem very thrilled to be at work and working at a restaurant myself I knew that something was going to be up with the order judging by the attitude of the employee and how late it was considering they close at 10 p.m. I am very considerate of people when it comes to how late it is when I tried to order food and when they close but I was in a hurry and honestly just wanted some fast hot food. I got home with my order sadly to realize that the whole order was drenched in garlic oil so much that there was a puddle of it on top of cheese sticks. I hate complaining and usually never end up calling a store back when my order is messed up so I tried to take some paper towels and soak up the garlic so that I can eat the food because it was too late to go back out. After using about 6 paper towels to soak up the garlic oil I still could squeeze the cheese sticks together and garlic oil was dripping off of the bread. I still force myself to eat the food because I had nothing else but I am extremely disappointed that the employees would serve something that looks like that knowing that it was completely unacceptable. I haven't had a chance to give the store a call back and I decided to leave a review first instead but I will be calling the store in the next day or two hopefully to have my order replaced. Also if you don't enjoy your job and don't like customer service then you are definitely in the wrong place. I do not appreciate having had such awful...
Read moreAfter this experience, I am not coming back here any time soon. I go up there and order a Deep Deep Dish (my favorite thing that Little Caesars Pizza serves), the girl who was working the drive thru window told me to park in a spot around in front of the store and that it would take 15 minutes, nothing unusual there. While I was waiting I see people going in and out of the drive thru after me and they are getting their food no problem. After about half an hour of waiting, I tried calling the store a few times and I never got an answer, also their lobby was closed so I couldn’t go in and ask in person what was going on. So literally not knowing what else to do, I decided to pull around to the drive thru a second time and let them know my situation, the same girl from before offered me a refund and the food I had ordered originally that of which I accepted. So pull into the same spot I parked at before and then I wait again. Once again, as I’m waiting, I see another 3 cars go in and out of the drive thru and more people who got their food that came in after me. After waiting for about another 20 minutes or so and still no food, I go around the drive thru for the third time, and say that I just want the refund at this point, and right as I pull up, she hands me my food and I was told it “just came out.” The only good thing that came out of this was the food was fresh and I was given a refund, but that doesn’t change the fact that I had to wait nearly an hour for my food that I was almost certain I wasn’t going to get. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back here for at least a long while after...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service. My Grandpa ordered a pineapple pizza yesterday, but the pizza they recieved had mushrooms on it instead. His wife called the store and they told her to keep the pizza and that next time she came through they would issue a remake. My grandpa went to the store to try to get the remake since they couldn't get them back on the phone after trying 3 to 4 times and they said they needed to know who the manager was he talked to that authorized the remake. He gave a name, but the name was not a manager, so they said they couldnt honor it which made my grandpa understandably upset because he had just wasted time calling them and driving out there. Then he was cussed out and told never to come back and it was supposedly claimed to the police that he put his umbrella on their counter in a threatening manner.
Having worked at domino's, none of this would have played out there as a manager is not needed for a remake, and if it was for a remake after the pizza was already taken home they would have mailed them a gift certificate not told whenever they came back througg again. The employee should have left a note with the manager or the manager should have left a note in the office for who is owed a remake. We have eaten here for years. My grandparents loved telling stories on how to perfect the pizzas after getting them home. This is disgraceful and an incredible abuse of the elderly. Someone needs to make us whole for this, particularly for the defamation of character of a non-violent man if they did make such a claim...
