Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Virginia

I have never had this kind of experience at a Chipotle. I was in Radford, and the dining options after 9:30pm are minimal, so I was almost desperate. The prep area appeared to not have been wiped off for hours, if not all day. There were 3 males working. One was at the counter preparing an order for someone who wasn't in-person (online, Doordash, who knows). However, he didn't raise his head to say "Hello", or "Be with you in a minute" or anything. Another guy was breaking down the foodpan bays- removing the dividers. He didn't say a word. The last guy was cleaning the grill and listening to loud music on a speaker, which even as an adult, had some "adult" words that caught me off guard. Finally, I ordered my food and left. The chips were stale. The bowl was barely room temperature and the dried refried beans and pockets of rice were actually cold. I was starving, but I will have to plan better with any future trip to Radford. I have no idea how things are before 9am, but I discourage you from setting foot in there after 9pm. If I could give this place no starts I would. I got a burrito double wrapped and the guy working didn’t want to spread the wraps he just put one wrap on top of the other which made a mess and then got an attitude threw it away and had someone else remake it. Next lady that came I guess was mad she had to make it and gave me as little food as possible I literally ate almost all rice barely got any meat at all. Then went back up to get a bag and got into it with the management because I made a face they told me don’t look at the employees like that, wouldn’t give me any names and completely disrespected my family I had 2 small children with me and I am also pregnant. So disappointed and very unprofessional the only person who was nice was the lady at the front register who came up and apologized which I’m thankful she was there because I was 5 seconds from going off. I have never been a huge chipotle fan but let me just say this Radford store changed that for me yesterday! As soon as I walked in for lunch they greeted me and then had my rice bowl made in less than 1 minutes! The food was amazing! You could tell it was fresh and not just left over for the day before, chips nice and warm and it was a very generous portion! I am definitely going back, this may be my new favorite spot for lunch! 10/10 would...
