My wife's friend, and I went there for breakfast and got in at 12:05 P.M. We were told by staff that they stopped serving breakfast at 12:00 noon. This was effective on March 5th. We were there at this same location last Saturday March 8th. We were not told about this change in the breakfast hours by the staff there then. The ice machine in the lobby was not working due to the water lines. I noticed low water pressure while using the Men's bathroom basin. My wife and I have spent many Saturdays going to this location in the past year. We live in Rocky Mount VA and our Hardee's location closed in April of 2019. Hardee's has not thought about building another location in Rocky Mount VA or Franklin county VA...
Read moreRude, impatient. I know drive thru can be stressful, but it's unacceptable to snatch my card out of my hand and run it while I was asking about an issue with my price. They had to refund and re-ring up my order. They never did get it right, which is not surprising since she kept shutting the door in my face while I was talking. I stayed calm and even pretended not to see the eye-rolling. I ended up paying between $7-8 for a fast food breakfast. I love Hardees very much, but I doubt I will be returning to this store anytime soon, and I'm sure they don't want to see me again either. Read moreThe workers are rude and are always pulling drive thru up because they want to take their time making the food instead of getting it handed out before the time gets high. The drive thru timer needs to stay low in a fast food restaurant some people don't know that the timer starts when you pull up to the speaker to order. The inside was dirry and the order at the window had cleaner sitting all over the place and near peoples food! The fries was really old and soggy so I don't know what the really had to cook but we will no longer go back there again and make sure nobody else does either! They are not worried about the customers only worried about...
