Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

This location is terrible. The workers are careless, unfocused and rush the orders. The sauce bottle are either unlabeled or incorrectly labeled, and the cleanliness level is quite low. The last time I was in the restaurant a worker messed up my order due to the sauce bottles being incorrectly labeled. As he proceeded to make me another sub he didn't even ask what bread I had originally asked for, he proceeded to make it on whatever he could find. How is that you'll place an order online with exactly what you want and they don't include one of the main ingredients I ordered pizza subs with just ranch and don't get the marinara it's 5 ingredients bread pepperoni cheese sauce and ranch🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Why is it that this store can't get a online right i guess when i ordered from this store I've got to go hold some hands. Omg I just realized none of the 4 sub we ordered was right. Collinsville location is nice. They have a drive thru and great atmosphere. The best deals are online tho. BOGO footlongs. Awesome churros, footlong cookies, and a new footlong Oreo cookie. I love that they have avocado to add if you’d like. Large selection of sauces, every veggie you can think of, different breads, and cheeses. The staff is great, super helpful, fast, and friendly.
