friendly but Terrible service. Old dated building. Bathrooms are comparible to a service station. Dirty. Floors were covered in bits of trash. NO booths....all tables. They do not support Pizza Hut Specials but they have their own "list" of "specials" hanging on the wall near the exit...Our table was dirty (crust crumbs) which we thought the waitress would wipe off for us but just moved the menus for us to wipe off ourselves...we left...will NOT be back...so MANY strikes and your out... I've tried to go here so many times in the past, as i used to eat here as a kid, but Collinsville & Martinsville's pizza hut have both went down hill. NO BUFFETS at either.

Read moreEdit: adding insult to injury, the apple tart treats were 2 short of the 6 supposedly included. We will never buy from this location again. Loyal customers for over 30 years. Ordered two pizzas and the apple treats via the app. Showed up a few minutes late to pick them up, and they weren’t ready. No one working behind the counter engaged with me, they just keep taking to each other. When I finally asked them where my order was, they admitted an error on the second pizza had been made, and it was still being cooked. Meantime the first pizza and apple tarts are sitting, done, getting cold. Even the supervisor or manager had zero interest in engaging or addressing the issue. Won’t be back. Good...
Read moreThe nostalgia of Pizza Hut resides in the medium or larger pan pepperoni lovers. A good one is cheesy. The pepperoni are crispy on the edge. The crust is crunchy on the outside with a light and fluffy inside. The crust is golden brown on the edge. I’ve eaten at a lot of pizza huts over the years. This one had one the best pizzas and really hit me in the nostalgia bone. It’s not a traditional sit down Pizza Hut by any means. However, being able to sit at a table and enjoy the pizza piping hot from the oven really takes it to the next level.
