In summary… HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! If i could give 0 starts I definitely would. This branch is absolutely disgusting — the service, employees, cleanliness, and atmosphere. My particular experiences was with an employee named Sarah, whom might I add should not be an employee anywhere with her level of customer service. Her absolute negligence, disrespect, and inability of a normal respectful human interaction is beyond me. She saw us all coming in and waited until we settled down just so she could tell us that we had to get back in our cars and order in the drive through. When we did that, she wouldn’t pay attention to our orders, yell at us through the mic, and then proceed to tell us, and I quote, “there’s no need to yell” even though she was the one doing all the yelling. On top of that she mixed our orders with three other strangers. We were waiting well over 20 minutes for a simple order all while being able to hear her supervisor/manager try to direct her on how to deal with customers properly but all of that was just brushed off and she continued to “grace” us with her ridiculing behavior. We returned the food and got refunded after the horrible taste and quality of the food. When we brought her behavior and the disgusting quality of food up to her attention, she started LAUGHING uncontrollably and on purpose to show that she doesn’t care. The service sucked wicked bad.

There was one person running one register and there was one person running the drive-thru

The guy behind the counter was completely in the weeds

I asked for two sides of eggs he said okay then I asked for two sides of bacon he said okay and I asked for a large coffee came to just over $4

I was okay with that but when he handed me my breakfast there was no bacon so I said where is my Bacon he said I didn't ring up and I said well I asked for two sides of bacon. Then he asked me do you want me to ring it up? and I said yes I want to eat bacon with my eggs,..... that was another $4.05

There was hardly anything to the eggs and the bacon wasn't much better. The coffee was okay but there were coffee grounds at the bottom and there was a hole in the bottom of my cup

Before I wrote this review I checked the reviews and apparently this place sucks

There was one register not even being used and there was another seven people behind me.....

I was listening to a lady employee who was in the dining room speaking to a friend of hers or a customer and nothing positive was really coming out of her mouth

I got the impression that she really didn't care about her job she was just there for the small paycheck that she was getting.

This restaurant needs to have its upper management sit at a Chick-fil-A for breakfast...

The lady working here was mean to me because I am homeless and was playing my guitar in an attempt to make some money for breakfast, this was after I had already spent $3 on a cup of coffee so i was a paying customer,

at the time there wasn't even a customer in the store to complain and besides I was keeping my volume to a reasonable level, no louder than any of the other customers' conversations,

she couldn't even let me finish a two minute song(one of my shortest) before she flew off the handle calling the cops to have me removed

I'm pretty sure she's the manager because she seemed to be in charge, she also refused to give me her name going so far as to remove her nameplate despite the other employees proudly displaying their name tags,

The rest of the employees were a delight, and deserve a nicer person to work for

one employee even bought me breakfast one day when I first got to town and didn't have much money, somehow he even knew i preferred bacon over sausage, thanks so much for the yummies, luv ya!!!

They also have no garbage pails outside of the store so I had to go back inside after this whole fiasco just to throw away some garbage, luckily the officer I encountered was understanding, thanks Officer McKenzie (MacKenzie?) You were a doll, it was a real pleasure...
