Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

This Burger King has by far the WORST lead person named Carlos. Yesterday was the 3rd incident within a months time where he was EXTREMELY RUDE. The second incident was just last week and me being the person I am didn’t want to make a scene being two of the regional managers was at the location and I didn’t want to get my family member (the store manager) in trouble. This has to stop because at this point I actually could have had a lawsuit if I would have taken a bite of that sandwich. I am allergic to mayo yet this is the 3rd sandwich that had mayo when I expressed when placing my order NO MAYO PLEASE AND IT WAS MARKED ON THE WRAPPING PAPER YET HAD MAYO AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PIC. I go in and politely say hey Carlos my sandwich not suppose to have mayo hun he rolls his eyes and turn his back to me I then say so um will it be refixed he says I don’t have time to worry with that right now. I then angrily asked for my $30.29 refund because this situation is really gonna get out of hand. I would have given 0 stars if that was possible. I was traveling with family on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I placed an order for pick up on the app. When I went in to pick up the food. The staff member told another customer that they only had chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets, no burgers. I asked the staff about my order I placed for pickup. Their only reply was that they had no burgers and could not make my order. My order included French fries and onion rings along with burgers. I expressed my concern as my credit card had already been charged. They assured me that I would be refunded as they did not accept the order. I have still not been refunded two days later. On top of there issues of having no burgers, the restaurant was dirty. I used the bathroom and they were filthy, multiple stalls had no toilet paper, toilets did not flush and they look like they had not been cleaned in a long time. Please shut this place down or shuffle the cards again and invest in staff and a remodel. The bathrooms are filthy, the lobby was dirty and smelled like mold…the service wasn’t so bad, and Im sure nobody wanted to work on the Sunday before Memorial Day, but the staff was kinda just. There. But man that Men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The Whopper I had never got finished and it made me sick to my stomach with an hour of eating it. It wasn’t fresh and I vomited every bit of that Whopper until my eyes watered. This is not the same place I used to go to as a kid road-tripping to NC.

Update 12-14 hours later at 3am…still dealing with gas station burger king bubble guts. Seriously if you an employee of this location and are reading this, go back to school. Join the military. Go to culinary school. Something. Get tf outta Emporia, and whatever you do, stop selling mystery beef out of a room temp...
