UPDATE:: 6/20/25 — YALL THIS IS THE MOST MCDONALDS CHIKFILA IN THE WORLD
We tried it again… and it was a disappointment… again
We got to the store at 9pm, the line in the drive thru was long, but considering the dining room closes at 9pm and drive thru closes at 10pm, we were willing to wait. After waiting in the line for 20 minutes, a worker came out and opened up the second line, allowing everyone behind us to join the second line (we watched 11 cars that were behind us go ahead of us as our line moved much slower than the second one).
At 9:40 pm we were still waiting in the drive thru and hadn't even gotten to the window to tell them we have a mobile order. We couldn't get out of the drive thru because there were cars in front of us and behind us now so we were essentially trapped in this line. We called the store to ask about their decision to let the others behind us join the second line and were met with a dismissive attitude.
When we got up to the front of the line, we told them the name for our order and he said "hold on" when he came back we were told they didn't have any ice cream. When my husband told them we had been waiting for 40 minutes, we heard the guy working the drive thru talking crap and mocking my husband over the speaker. We informed him we could hear him and the speaker went quiet. He came back on a few minutes later and said they were completely out of ice cream. We asked to speak to the manager and she said "I'm sorry" but didn't offer any other explanation.
UPDATE:: 2/15/25 - went back as the reviews seemed to have been improving. However, we ordered through the app and it still took about 25 minutes in the drive thru. (At around 10 in a Saturday). Only one lane open, serving one car at a time.
UPDATE:: 1/25/25 - placed a mobile order for breakfast and one lane of the drive thru was closed… and the line was still incredibly slow.
Original review: I was waiting to leave a review because the store was new and I was giving time for them to get their stuff together… unfortunately the service has been consistently slow and disorganized. Food tastes on par to chikfila, but they don’t have the in store or drive thru together at all.

Read moreWhen I'm travelling I typically look for a Chick Fil A mainly because of their efficiency, service, and food. My experience at this location was the worst I've ever had.
The dining room was closed so we went through the Drive thru. We put in a mobile order to save time. We sat at a standstill for about 15 minutes. Eventually we see a team member walk out, look right at us as he walked to the cars behind us and directed them to the other line. As we watched multiple cars go thru the other line while we sat there, we got out of the car to see what was going on. The individual was just sitting in their car?? I ended up walking up to the window asking them to go ahead and at least start my order.
By the time we got closer to the window we waited another 15 minutes for our food. By the time the third person came over to bring us the wrong person's food we told them we were now on 45 mins waiting. They realized we were the car stuck behind the car that wasn't moving. She explained the car in front of us was upset that they didn't have ice cream and wanted to talk to a manager.
I feel for people in the service industry; however, 1. the person who came out to direct traffic behind my car could have at least told us what was going on and/or 2. they could have asked that upset car to move over to the open lane to keep the line moving.
We were given (3) gift cards but it's for a kids meal redeemable only at that location? I'm hoping I can at least scan it into the app to use elsewhere.
Then to make matters worse, by the time we got back on the road, we realized they gave us no straws, napkins, not even a fork for my salad.

Read moreI came through on 6/6/25 around 830am. Drive thru was okay, waited patiently to get breakfast. However, the egg white grill was under-cooked, drove back around to return food and replaced for another sandwich. Everything was going okay until a little rude Latino worker asked us to pull up because we were holding up the drive-thru. I told her this is why you have 2 lanes and I've waited long enough to just give me a refund and forget replacing the under-cooked egg white grill. We stayed in the line to receive the refund. I have never experienced any chick fila worker so rude and try to make a customer move up his/her car instead of just processing the refund. We stayed in the line so long that my husband had enough time to eat his meal. I eventually realized that the workers did not know how to refund part of an order. Everything was going fine until the little rude Latino girl put her mouth in a situation that had been resolved. At other chick-filas the 2nd lane is utilized to move customers along.
