Ordered on the app and gave staff plenty of time to complete order. I work in food service and I know how frustrating the job can be. However, when my husband went to pick the order up (he didnāt know what I had ordered as the items were a surprise for him) we were missing two medium drinks. He went back and picked them up with no pushback from staff (which is great) when he walked in he did not get greeted even though an employee was mopping and saw he needed help she did not stop her tasking to help him. Another employee helped him and gave him the drinks. They apologized and said āthis happens a lot here im very sorryā so itās obviously not a staff issue and itās a management issue. The manager took our order with an attitude, asked if there were any cars behind us I said 1, and with the attitude she said go on... We ordered and pulled up to the window, I wanted to add onion rings but the cashier who was male, made it feel like I was bothering him. He shut the window in our face. He wasn't friendly, no smile, didn't even speak. Just closed the window. We pulled around and I went inside.
