Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Virginia

Came in today for lunch, person taking the order ask what type of bread I wanted . I informed regular, guy proceeds to be difficult or maybe he was just special needs and couldn't comprehend what I asked cause any other jersey mikes understands regular means white bread, he goes we have all types of bread and im like okay, regular then he goes white? So I'm like white regular whatever (as I did not mention wheat or any other flavor bread). Then I asked about the drinks they have in display by the meat station and said I will take one of these as well. Instead of the guy just saying okay, this you can get from the Fridge he proceeds to be an difficult again. When the other guy goes to put on my toppings I was given very little meat compared to my coworker behind me, I asked the guy if he can add more and I will pay extra, he asked the guy for more meat and then the other guy proceeds to laugh, IDK what was funny for asking for more meat. I never have an issue with any of the other coworkers but I don't know this guy at all, not his girlfriend, kids mom, momma or any of the above, maybe somebody broke his heart or he has mommy/ daddy issues but you just making sandwiches , its not that serious and I have refuse to give someone energy who is not even in my...

Came here earlier today because they serve gluten free bread. No such luck apparently. The person working said "oh we don't have it today" and I said "what does that mean" and he said "it's frozen, if I had a microwave I would heat it up for you"

2 things wild and crazy here:

1. Why do you have food frozen yet you're unable to prepare or serve it?
2. Why don't you have a microwave in a fast food joint that's supposed to sell hot sandwiches?

It's literally advertised on the window that you have gluten free bread too.

Also afterwards a man came in and the same worker said to him "we can't do hot sandwiches today, someone messed up and didn't order enough chicken and steak so we ran out a few hours ago"

OH - also, my roommate and girlfriend went here last week and told me not to come, they said that everything in their order was wrong and they had to get their sandwiches made multiple times. I was hoping that if I just went in and placed the order it would be fine but I guess if you don't even have things prepped to serve that would make things difficult.

This has got to be the worst jersey mikes I've ever stepped foot in. and it's sad ,because I travel for work and jersey Mike's is always a go to but not this time.. at first step into this establishment it was the strangest of feelings no hello from staff and everyone looked upset . I ordered my food and was skipped by a person behind me . Then after I asked was my food done correctly since they took so long but sure enough they messed up my order so I asked to correct my order . Apparently they were out of bacon. But the worker found some in the grease trap and thought it would be a good idea to use that instead of making up a new batch that was disgusting and I asked to not put that on my sandwich and said I would like fresh bacon instead of the grease droppings.
