Ordered about 3 weeks ago still waiting for a refund from the owners… We just moved into our condo and had no food so was at this point starving and depending on this 10 mins delivery….jimmy John corporate said the store had to do it and owners had 24 hours to reach out. It’s been Almost a month and they have not. Our order was $45 the freakishly fast sub arrived an hour and 15 mins later…. I called after 30 mins to ask if the driver was lost and she (Vanessa) said he was on the way.. 15 mins later I call back and she told me they have only 1 driver… my food shows up after an hour and my sub is soggy, my drink was warm and my order was wrong missing toppings. I called back to get a refund and she told me No I’m just mad because it showed up late and that people just call and say things are wrong and she was not going to refund me. I asked for a manager and of course she “was the manager” in place while the manager was not in. She said she made my sub and nothing was wrong on it even though I told her it was missing toppings and the bun was soggy. She was so rude it was insane. Read moreI went in to order my usual, the hunters club. I asked for it by name and the woman at the counter said "you want a number 11?". I said once again I want a hunters club, just the sandwich, which she replied "yes, a number 11". I said fine, if that's what it is, that's what I want. After leaving a dollar tip on top of the 10 dollars the 8 inch sandwich costs, I get my sandwich and walk out while I'm unwrapping it to eat it on my walk back to work. I notice that it's some sort of club sandwich with ham and chicken. I walked back into the store and saw 10 was the hunters club. Having to get back to work, I let them know that I got the wrong sandwich and was offered a blank response. They obviously didn't know what the sandwich was called and needed a number to identify what I wanted. This is unacceptable and I doubt I will be returning, though I love their sandwiches. For what these sandwiches coat, Jimmy John's can do better in training their staff to respond to a numerical option only. If I want that I can go get fast...
Read moreOrdered through DoorDash. Payment went through. Order was confirmed. The store called me stating that they had no one to deliver the order and they would cancel the order. Fine, I can accept that. Unfortunately, I later notice that my CC was still charged for food I never received. I contacted DD who told me to contact the store. I called multiple times to speak with the Manager who eventually called me back (a few days later) and provided proof that they cancelled the order. Long story short, DD tells me that too much time has passed while I was waiting for the manager to call me back and they would not refund the money even though I provided proof that the order had been cancelled. They also told me it was the store’s responsibility to notify DD that the order was cancelled as well.
ALSO, since they couldn’t deliver, we went to the store and ordered there. They made the worst Vito I’ve ever had. No sauce, no Italian seasoning, stale bread. This place is a mess. Proceed...
