Management! First let me begin by letting you know the reason for my one-star rating...it has nothing to do with the food nor the overall staff. The food was very good as always and the staff that actually served and bagged my order was awesome. Please take the time to read this rating. I'm from NJ and was visiting this area for a few days and decided to order take out from this KFC. I have to say I unfortunately I was very disappointed by the lack courtesy from a particular counter employee. I was not able to acquire her name but hopefully management will know whom I am describing. She is a big white woman with blue eyes and dirty blonde hair. She decided to walk outside and take a break while I waited at the counter. Once she was ready to come back in and take my order, she was the rudest and really lacked the desire or ability of trying to help me out with my questions about the menu. Read moreI love KFC, but yesterday evening I was so disappointed. I stop to pick up two large sides mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The drive thru line was long and I decided to just go in. The dining area was in disarray with dirty tables, the drink machine had ice and dried soda everywhere, and trash on the floors. The young lady at the register was polite but when she wasn't taking an order she was just wandering around. I feel she could have been cleaning up the dining area as she waited for orders to be completed or more customers to come in. There were over five people working one food line and to me it appeared that things were in chaos. After 10 mins of waiting, another lady and I were told that they had no mac and cheese and it wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. I will say they did offer a different side. Read moreI am a daily customer and I just got the rudest treatment from the girl at the window. I ordered 2 half gallons of tea and she told me to pull in the parking lot and wait when I asked how long it would be she said when I get a chance. Rude enough but then after waiting fifteen minutes I had to go inside just to find out they didn’t have jugs. When I told I just wanted my money back she said when I get a chance. I can’t believe first Of all that she did not come to the car to inform me that there were no jugs and then I had to go in to find out. And then in the rudest manner possible to tell me when she got a chance she would give me my money back.
