Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

Despite way too many technical issues on the website that didn't let my order go through, I kept trying. Still no luck, but was instructed to contact the store directly to submit my order. I repeatedly tried to call but noone at all bothered to answer the phone. They only answered once i pulled into the parking lot. I figured they had a completely new worker in there because he didn't even know which Pizza Hut he worked at. He had the audacity to ask me, the customer, what city and street he was working in. Over the phone, it took him 20 minutes just to take my order. Even then, he still got my order wrong. I had a customer survey promo code that gives $10 off of $20 or more. He was adamant that i was wrong and it was supposed to be 10% off. He tried twice. But, he eventually got it right. Then, we went inside to wait. That was a huge regret. 90% of the restaurant had no customers whatsoever. So, there was no excuse possible for noone to answer the phone. And, they had 6 available workers that weren't even working. Noone should have to wait more than an hour inside for their food to be ready. They refused to look us or any other customers in the face. None of them knew how to smile. Every worker was in there walking around with attitudes and frowns. Not one smile or smirk from any staff member. Will never visit this Greensboro Rd Pizza Hut location again. My hope is that any future potential customers take my review seriously. Hope you all have a much better experience...

I dined in Thursday this past week on the 22nd around 6:30-7pm, the food was good but the service was crappy the name on my ticket was Lacey, small white girl with blonde hair she is the worst worst server I’ve ever seen in my life, tables were dirty, we had to come ask for refills while her and the dude stood around on there phones talking. She didn’t check on us not 1 time.. she was beyond rude. She wasn’t even checking on the other tables or cleaning them as they left. The same mess was still on the tables when we left. The guy with long hair that’s suppose to be the manager is very rude unprofessional when we mentioned their terrible service he did not handle it in a professional manner and didn’t apologize and raised his voice at us. Not to mention he looked dirty. They was all just hanging out on there phones. I’d recommend replacing that server and manager. The girl was even at the counter vaping. I came in about a month back same server Lacey and she refused to let us dine in at that time we came. I love Pizza Hut but if I walk in and see her there or that long hair manager I’m turn around walk back out and spend my money somewhere with good service. We’re new to Martinsville we moved here from California! We first tried several pizza places around town because we always found that smaller pizza places have the best pizza. But we found ourselves disappointed in the our options!! We didn’t love the places we tried!! Pizza Hut back in Cali was never our first choice and to be honest we probably only ate there maybe twice. When we ate here my husband really wanted pizza for Father’s Day, so we decided to give Pizza Hut a try! Let me tell you the pizza was delicious! We ordered the hand tossed, lemon pepper wings, and breadsticks!! Everything was so yummy we couldn’t believe it!!! Since then we have been here 3 or 4 times!! When our son came up here to visit we brought him here, he probably thought we were crazy raving about Pizza Hut! Well to his surprise we were not wrong!! Everytime we come here we have the same waitress she is fantastic!! I’m ashamed to say I still don’t know her name but she’s the red head young girl!! She’s always so friendly n helpful!! We will definitely keep coming here for our pizza...
