Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Update - ordered at 9:15 pm, they close at 10. Online ordering stated it was only taking orders for 15 more mins. I ordered and was ready to go pickup pizza. Marcos calls and 40 mins before close...says they weren't taking any more orders they already turned off pizza oven. He asked if I wanted a refund... uh yeah 😞 I just don't seem to have good luck with them.

Org review: My family loves their pizza but 9 out of the last 10 orders they have forgotten to bring any of the sides like crushed red pepper, garlic butter or banana peppers. This last time I called and asked them to please remember them... I got 2 out if the 3 even after calling...

Btw, their salads are not so great, and I have ordered other things like their pasta dishes and desserts and have never reordered...so stick with the pizza and hope for the best if you like any of the add ons, some of which they charge you for...

Update... ordered again. Paid for a pizza with everything got a cheese pizza. Called Marco's and instead of getting me the correct pizza expedited they told me I could take a credit on my next order or wait an hour for a replacement pizza because they weren't going to "bump" orders, that mine would have to go to the back of the line. The manager on duty wouldn't give me anything in writing regarding the credit. Instead my credit is on a sticky under the cabinet... I Can't make this up. Used to rave about this place.. until tonight.... between tonight and the two prior experiences, I’ll never order from them again, which is a shame, because their food is pretty good.. too bad their employees ruin the experience... I placed an order and was told 35 to 40 minutes for delivery... an hour later I had to call to ask where my pizza was... Amy the “manager” answered and started with the excuses.. she blamed the employee who answered the phone by saying that he shouldn’t have told me that because that was an inaccurate time... and said sorry your pizza is on the way.. and tried to hang up. I had to push the issue to get some resolution.. I was so pissed by the end of the call, I told her to just refund me and call the driver and cancel my order.. the time before that, the driver was carrying my pizza vertically, instead of right side up so it was all smashed to the side.. I was so hungry, I said screw it and ate the part that wasn’t destroyed.... and the time before that, I ordered my pizza “well done” because it had been doughy on previous orders.. and it came burned.. literally burned.. figured it was an employee being a smartass since I asked for well done... I had to throw the whole thing away... ...

Marco's Pizza is a franchise chain with a neighborhood like pizza parlor feel. I've been a customer there for over 4 years. It's best to download the app and place your orders on it. You'll get email Promotions and it's easy to place an order. The pizzas are as good as is available in Lorton. The sizes are Very large, with quality ingredients and lots of them. Ingredients are prepared in house fresh daily. Extensive variety of options are available including pizza bowls, which are bowls with your choice of ingredients without any crust. They're a meal for 2 and cost less than $10. Everything is made in house, fresh daily including the dough and sauce, which doesn't have the bitterness from Dominos or Papa John's pizzas. I prefer picking up my orders. The employees are friendly, personable, friendly and are actually glad to see me. On the app you can specify the time for pick up or delivery and pay. Don't waste your money on the Domino-type franchises and support the local family owned and operated businesses. Delia's Mediterranean Restaurant and Grill has the absolute best pizza but it's on Back Lick Road in Springfield. It's too far for pick up or delivery, and anyway we enjoy eating...
