This is the WORST PLACE IN EXISTENCE, I’ve had multiple problems every time I’ve came here, I’ve tried to give it multiple chances and every time I’m disappointed and what happened today on November 13 2024 was my last straw, the first time I came in here was because my fiancé wanted to give this place and try we came here sometime in August to give it a try, we had placed our order for the curbside pickup and when we arrived we followed the instructions on the email and we waited a bit for our food and after 20 minutes we had still not received our order so we decided to go in and talk to one of the workers when we went in they said they didn’t even have our order and I showed the girl the email receipt thankfully they made our food so I wasn’t that unhappy, the second time we went to give this place a try we went inside and ordered at the register and the girl who took our order asked for my name and I said very clearly my name is ELLY and on the order receipt she had put ELI idk how hard it is to spell a simple name but my name is not Eli. And what happened today was the last straw I do uber eats and I came here to pick up and order there are like 5 women in the front two packing order one girl on register and one not doing anything and one putting the orders on the shelf I’ve picked up from here before for Uber and when the order is ready they have HANDED TO ME, well today when I went in I had showed the name for the Uber eats order to two women at the front so they knew I was waiting for an order and they decided to put it on the shelf instead of handing it to me and I checked the shelf twice to see if the order was on the shelf and it was not, then the girl at the front said they had to remake it because somebody else took my order that I was picking up, then I talked to the guy who is the manager I believe and told him why the two girls that knew I was waiting for an order and showed them the name on my phone, why they didn’t hand it to me and put it on the shelf and I said if they had given it to me there wouldn’t have been a chance for somebody else to take it, he replies with “it’s your responsibility to keep track of your order and pick it up off the shelf” I was very upset after he said that to me because it’s your responsibility to give me the order If I’ve told the workers the name and know that I am waiting for it, Im very done...
Read moreMy office ordered a meal from here for a company event and I ended up getting food poisoning from it.
I ended up in the hospital for four days from eating the food from this restaurant.
We got the food around 12:00 PM. We concluded lunch at 12:45 PM. By 1:30 Pm I was getting violently ill in the bathroom at my workplace with vomiting, diarrhea, cold sweats and abdominal pain like I have never experienced before in my life.
When the EMTs saw me they knew immediately it was food poisoning. My coworker confirmed "It could hit her like this so quick after eating?" and the EMT responded "Yes! Absolutely!".
When I informed the establishment they proceeded to call me at 7:15 AM on the Monday (1 day) after I got out of the hospital to discuss my claim.
As if having food poisoning over the 4th of July weekend ruining all my plans with my family and causing so much unneeded stress, they decide that 7:15 AM on a Monday is the right time to call and talk.
After discussion they "Conducted an investigation" i which they took information out of context from our call and twisted it to their advantage and determined "It wasn't me". Refunded the order and offered me 4 free meals. Because they had no fault, right? I don't think anyone from my company will be ordering from this establishment again and I can sure as heck tell you I won't be either. Transparency and public awareness are more valuable than a free sandwich to me.

Read moreWhat an amazing deli called McAlister's Deli located inside Ashburn Village at the Ashbrook Commons shoppingcenter. Not too long ago Ashburn Village's Ashbrook Commons consisted of a few restaurants, grocery stores and one gas station. Today, it's a thriving shopping center with tons of fast-food chains, gas stations and many businesses. I recall Ashbrook Commons having a quaint line of businesses, but it's definitely changed a lot. Which brings me to McAlister's Deli, a small but convenient deli with fresh ingredients and well made bread. I ordered The Italian, which was fresh and tasty because it had the works: fresh tomatoes, lettuce, banana peppers, black olives and Italian meats bursting with authentic flavor. At first, I didn't think it would be any different than other delis in the area, but it was fantastic. It was a worthwhile stop. The inside is discreetly furnished and the atmosphere is soothing with the background music at a low volume. But most of all, the service is fantastic. I found the staff very receptive and accomodating in what I observed was a fast-paced restaurant serving customer after customer. It does appear to this patron that it's a family place to take the kids, young adults and friends. I was very impressed and plan on coming here again, but not alone. Hats off to the staff and management. Great food and...
