This is one of the worse mcdonald’s you can come to especially on regular basis! There are a few people who work there who are very kind and great. However management and many of the ladies and other male workers were charging us for sauce even when we ordered nuggets and fries. They have called the cops on us for wanting to get all the sauces or for “taking up the line”, when in reality there messing up our order and making it take longer. They then make me go wait on side while they take 10 min to make some large fries and get a sweet tea??!! And then they forget the sauce, like come on. I have gotten the wrong food multiple times. They wouldn’t serve us a few times. They forget tot give us portions of our meals and when we came back to confront they would say they have no proof so they can’t give us more. So they were essientiallg stealing from us. However if you don’t really care much and have a small order and they don’t have a bias against you it’s an ok mcdonald’s to come to however I always experience the fries to be kinda shifty late night as they don’t rotate them and simply give you old stale ones. Very unacceptable when I am paying money so the least they can do is give me...
Read moreMy recent experience at McDonald's was unfortunately marked by cleanliness issues that significantly impacted my perception of the establishment. The store presented an unappealing environment, with noticeable dirtiness and an unpleasant odor, particularly in the vicinity of the restrooms. Speaking of which, the toilets were not clean, raising concerns about hygiene standards.
One cannot help but question how the health department passed such conditions. The lapse in cleanliness not only detracts from the overall dining experience but also raises serious questions about the restaurant's commitment to maintaining a sanitary and customer-friendly environment.
Addressing these cleanliness issues promptly should be a priority for McDonald's to ensure that patrons can enjoy their meals in a hygienic setting. A reevaluation of cleaning procedures and regular maintenance would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive dining experience and uphold the standards expected from such a widely recognized...
Read moreI had a really upsetting experience at the drive-thru of this McDonald’s location. I redeemed a McChicken using 1,500 points from the McDonald’s app—points I earned by spending real money—but when I got to the window, my order wasn’t given to me. While my brother was able to redeem his item without issue, the staff became hostile when I calmly tried to explain that I had used a valid code. They raised their voices at me, which made me feel anxious and embarrassed, especially since I was just trying to get what I paid for.
What made the situation worse was being told that McDonald's wasn’t responsible for issues with the McDonald's app—even though it’s your own company’s platform. I left without my food and with no solution, which felt unfair and dismissive. I hope this is addressed, not just for me, but so no one else has to feel mistreated over something so small...
