My experience was ruined by some woman, Susan. She walked past my table once and a snowstorm of her dandruff decided to suicide bomb my salad. Not only that but her distant screams at her fellow employees could be heard from the lobby, where, other customers like myself were attempting to enjoy the pinnacle of corporate America. A modernized McDonald's with employees working to pay for either their home mortgage or their fun little trinkets.
P.S. Susan, head and shoulders is also sold at the dollar store.
Update: I went back to the location for an iced coffee. (Why not) didn't expect to see Susan there. When my poor eyes did, however, set upon her I was overwhelmed with a horrible sense of dread and A need to leave immediately. Her skin looked like it used to be covered in some sort of fur coat. As if someone, maybe herself, had plucked all of it out.(My main theory as to why her dandruff is conducting an invasion into her brain). She looked like a lore accurate beast from those urban legends. Similarities could be found between her and Krampus. Biblically accurate angels don't say "be not afraid", to her. She looked as if she hadn't slept in days because she was busy hunting the neighborhood stray cat population for dinner. I wondered why she hadn't taken my advice and gotten the head and shoulders from the dollar store, but, it seems she probably was not let in for being confused for an anorexic bear. I'd want to say she looks like a drug addict but not even a can of expired spaghetti-os as a crack pipe can give you that severe of a case of fetal alcohol syndrome. Makes me wonder what parents you need to have to end up looking like the world's first naturally...
Read moreSo I'll start at the beginning, I brought my family of 6 into this restaurant for lunch which I get it guys it's lunch time. I ordered through mobile to make it easier for not only us but the restaurant staff and ourselves as well as take advantage of a nice Lil discount. Well this is where our nightmarish tale unfolds... we as a family begin walking in, I walk up to the counter as my wife and children go off to find a table. Where I am greeted by a bald gentleman with glasses whom asks " what can I get you?" To which I answer "I have a mobile order pick up." To which he replys "sir, all mobile orders are picked up in drive thru." To which I reply ok, is there anyway we can still get it inside as we would like to dine in. He gives off a deep sigh of disappointment and states "it will be ready as soon as it's ready." After sometime probably 20 minutes or so I approach a woman dark hair, glasses she states to me " your order is on that screen somewhere and we will get it when we get it." After another 10 or so minutes same woman yells our order is ready, over half of it is missing. It was a terrible game just trying to get the rest of our food, fries has a dark tinge like fryer oil had not been changed in forever. I attempted to get things corrected with the bald gentleman with glasses who simply states to me and others who were disappointed " this is not my store." He wore this statement proudly as this was some sort of shield to prevent him from needing to provide good customer service. Avoid at...
Read moreGotten ridiculous in the last few months. I've had several completely wrong orders and never complained because it's not that serious. But the other day they were just awful to my husband, they made him wait in the hot car for 30 minutes and completely forgot about him. It was not a big order just 1 combo and nuggets. He went inside to ask about what was going on and they just said they would bring it out soon. He waited another 10 minutes and went back inside to be told "we don't have your order in the system" and "you're at the wrong location" etc. All obviously lies. When he gave the code at the drive thru they passed him along and gave him the drink, so clearly it wasn't the wrong location. Obviously they didn't want their drive thru times to be high so they falsely completed the order in their system and then totally forgot about it. Because of this they also "couldn't" give a refund. What really pushed me over the edge is that after the first time he went inside to ask, they said they'd bring it out. Then they realized they didn't have the order in the system, yet they did not even bother to walk out and tell him that. It's just disgustingly lazy. When he told them just forget it after waiting for 45min, we don't want it at this point because we don't trust the employees, one young male employee scoffed and says "are you serious". Yes, we are serious, unlike your staff. After all of that not even one single apology. I know it won't matter to anyone else but we'll never go back....
