McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

Of all the McDonald's I have ever been to (and as a mother of 2 who has traveled with my kiddos a lot, there is a large amount of them we have visited), this is one on Ferry Rd. is by far the worst (which is sad for us since we drive by this one regularly). I have given them 4 chances now in case they were just having an off day, but never again. It is worth it to drive the 3 or 4 more miles down to the one in Falmouth on Butler Rd. (excellent service there, by the way) to avoid this one! All 4 times my orders have been missing items, and not like just the sauce packs (though those are usually missing too) of the 4 attempts to get food here the 1st order was missing my son's 6 piece nuggets, next attempt my husband's hamburger was not there. Attempt 3 both of the adult meals were missing their medium fries, and this last try my daughter's happy meal had no apple slices, milk, nor toy. It was a sad meal with just 4 nuggets and a kids' fry tipped over/spilled in the box. The staff has consistently been rude when asked about my missing items as well. Not...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have over an hour drive in the morning. This McDonald's and the Hardee's down the road are my only two options for breakfast on the way to work. Due to the length of my drive and schedule I am usually only able to stop at one or the other. For the past several weeks I have pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 5:05 to 5:10am and almost every time I had to call the lobby phone and tell them I'm in the drive thru. This morning I got no answer on the phone so I pulled up to the window, there is a lady counting money at the register, literally 3ft from me, and she does nothing to acknowledge me. The manager looks at me from the hall and continues doing what she is doing. The restaurant is supposed to open at 5, yet even the occasional day I'm late and stop at 5:15 I can't even get breakfast. I am so upset writing this I can barely speak. I’ve had 3 orders from door dash from this McDonald’s. First one they forgot my sandwich all together but since kids got their meals I just sucked it up. Last time they forgot both my kids drinks so I figured whatever I’ll just give them milk. Today I got some of the worst news of my life. I decided to order food since I literally could not fathom making food today. Kids were hungry we waited. Ordered DoorDash. Finally came and they forgot not 1 but 2 kids meals entirely. Even has on the outside receipt where it says kids meals. I thought it was suspect there was only one bag for 2 kids meal boxes, 2 large meals and drinks. Come on guys! Every single time I’ve ordered from you, I’ve literally been ripped off.
