First experince with 25-30 Espresso was bad and it is unforunate because I really wanted to like this place. I seldmon place uber eats order or rather any online orders and the one day I choose to place an order which was a 1 Traditional Macchiato, 1 Chef's Choice and 1 Breakfast sanchwich. I recieve the coffee, the chef's choice which was a cinnamon roll and no breakfast sanchwich. So I call the cafe first and tell them and the young lady who answered the call said she placed the sandwhich in the bag. So..... did the Uber driver eat or take the sandwhich? She told me to place the order again, but she did not know how they would give it to me for free. Awful, I'm sure the sanchwhich was good becasue the coffe and roll were very tasty. I'm not sure what happened here but this was a very bad experience and I wish something else could of been done. I did request a refund from uber but if I order a second sandwhich with taxes tip and extra fee's it's like I would be paying almost 30 bucks for a 6 dollar breakfast sandwhich. What a mess!!!! You do need to know about the service provided and I don't do it to be mean; I like the place, and the drinks are delicious! I wanted to stop at your shop on my way to work but instead I decided to call to save myself some time, I told the girl that answered the phone that it would take me 10 minutes to get to the shop. I arrived to the downtown location and it was empty, nobody before me; well, even though I gave them 10 minutes to prepare my drinks, they were not ready; then, another customer walks and even though I was already there to pick up the drinks I already ordered 10 minutes ago, the client behind me was attended and dispatched. I tried not to get too upset since the lady needed to catch the train (wake up a little earlier lady). Still with a smile and a "have a nice day!" I left to find out that my coffee was not even warm. Read moreI love this little coffee shop. I go every so often to support and always make sure to bring my points card because I love the little stamps. However, I went in with my husband and toddler today and was disappointed with the service of the cashier. The cashier was very short with me and would cut me off after asking me questions about my coffee order to have conversations with customers behind me. I felt rushed, and she had a look of annoyance on her face. Every time, I would try and explain my order, which was literally drip coffee with oatmilk and a pump of syrup. She would talk to someone else or walk away while I was mid sentence. It was frustrating because I had to repeat myself a few times, and then she started to treat me as if she was annoyed.
