My wife and I have been coming here for years. We don't eat Brazier food or mess with Blizzards. Hot fudge malt and caramel shake (no fofo cream/cherry nonsense) along with a bag of Buster Bars. That's the extent of our purchases and they are always very good as is the service. The place is normally very clean with exceptions for lunch rush hour. The store is now updated with the scanner for DQ rewards points and app ordering if you're into that. *Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food. **If you see a Google review posted with just stars & no text, report it via the 3 dot selection adjacent to the review. If the text in the review doesn't describe the food/service report it. This cleans up Google reviews and removes the slugs just trying to get reviewer points Process: Select - Report review. Select- Not helpful at the bottom of drop down Review doesn’t help people decide whether to go to this place.

Just sharing this review in response to Kerry Adkins' post. I was there, right behind her and her husband when she became absolutely irate. It was quite comical at first, but embarrassing to say the least. She was yelling about this event she had to be at and that she paid so much money for this food. It was quite the scene, and the husband was trying to keep his cool and composure. I'd say if you have an event that you have to be at for a certain time, maybe have better planning. Your poor planning is not someone else's fault. Take some accountability. I have three toddlers who have a better temperament. Overall, I would say that while you were correct in the fact that the food did take a little longer than normal (DQ was pretty busy at dinner time) the way you portrayed yourself in public is what makes you wrong. By the way, less than a minute after you left and forced your husband to leave for this "event" they brought out your food that you "paid so much money for." Check the photo, right beside my labeled bag that I was waiting on.

Paid almost $40 for a custom cake for my sons birthday. I glanced at it at the restaurant, and the writing wasn’t very pretty, but I wasn’t too bothered. When we got it home and took it out to serve our guests, we discovered that it was covered in black lint/hair. We drive 35 mins one way to this location for our kids bday cakes because it’s their favorite, but this was a huge, disgusting disappointment and we won’t waste our money again.

Wish 0 stars was possible but it’s not. Arrived here at 745 on a Sunday 9/27 and they closed at 9 and was unable to order food because the kitchen was closed for the night. I asked why and was told “because it’s closed” with an attitude. The entire time I was ordering and asking questions, I felt rushed and was spoken to very matter of factly and there wasn’t a line in sight. Because I drove 20 minutes to get to this location, I decided to get something for myself and kids so the drive wouldn’t be a complete waste. I decided to get 2 ice cream blizzard and a brownie cupfection and they tasted AWFUL. Brownie pieces were stale and hard, ice cream was already soup at the bottom without there even being hot fudge and the blizzards weren’t all that great either according to my kids. I love DQ in general and have never had a bad experience at any other location but this experience ensures that it will be my first and last time ever coming to...
