I ordered a Frappe through the McDonald's app confirmed my order at the speaker and pulled up to the payment window. The worker tells me sorry I wasn't paying attention to your order but we don't have any frappe drinks at the moment. He proceeded to ask if there was anything else that I'd like. I said no and just asked for a refund. He kindly obliged, gave me a printed receipt and told me to pull up to the 2nd window.
The worker in the 2nd window then proceeds to say the machine is down for cleaning but you can pull over and wait for your drink. I explained to her I'm not interested in the drink and I'd like a refund. Annoyed, she takes my receipt and then tells me to pull up to the next window (this location has 3 windows) for the supervisor.
After a 6-7 mins of waiting at this 3rd window, a supervisor appears with a frappe. Now I'm slightly annoyed because I clearly indicated 3 times that I wasn't interested in a frappe and wanted a refund. This is because the frappe ALWAYS is different in flavor, texture/consistency after a cleaning. Goes for ALL locations I again explain what happened and asked for a refund. She insists that I take the drink because it's ready and I tell her no. She rolls her eyes, let's out a loud sigh and slams the window shut. She returns, drink still in her hand and tells me no I can't have a refund because they provided the drink. Says the manager says no. I stick to my point and say no. I'm definitely not drinking that now after the attitude you just displayed as you walked away with a drink. Annoyed that I wasted about 15 mins here instead of just getting straight on 95, I said keep it and drove off WITHOUT a refund or a drink. When I was paying for my food I paid them 11 dollars b/c my food was 10.99 but they didn't give me my penny back or ask if I wanted my change. I would've let them keep it if they had asked. I was like my penny please. Then, when i drove up to get my food, the guy was like can i see your receipt please and i was so confused but i gave it to them anyways. the guy stared at it then look inside the kids meal that i also ordered. When he handed my oatmeal it literally look like there was thrown up ramen inside and NOT oatmeal. Then when he handed me my drink he had guilt in his eyes. I took my food and parked in the parking lot. I started to think that the guy that I made give me back my penny told the guy who was giving my food to like sabotage my food or like do something in it. I went inside to return it and ask for my 10.99 cents but when lady gave back my money she only gave me $10.31 I was like wheres the rest. Then she gave me $10.85 cents i was like wheres my 14 cents. Then she took all the money then gave me $10.99 cents. I was like can this girl not count or does she just not care and think i wouldn't count my change. I'm never going back there. Somethings not right about that McDonald's. I would've gave them 0 stars but i have to give them at least one before i can post my review. Read moreThis McDonald’s was just renovated im assuming everything is new there including machines now everytime I go there i have to wait more them 15 mins i’m not even lying !! For Example today I went in to buy my mom and dad 2 frappes and 3 mcchicken’s omce we paid we went to the other window and they give us our mcchickens and then they told us to drive up to the next window because they were making our frappes we said ok and we waited like 5 mins the guy comes out and gives us 1 frappe and we told him umm its 2 he said ok i will be back and its passed 10 mins and I can see through one of my mirror that they are making other drinks and not our frappe we got tired of waiting and we went inside and told them we were stil waiting for one more frappe and we gave them the recipt just in case they go to the back and the lady comes and says “oh the machine is not workimg” and they offered us another drink but we said no cux the frappes werent for us to begin with it was for my mom and dad so we asked for our money back and once we asked for our money back all of sudden their machine was working the lady said the employee just didn’t know how to use the machine.
