Sabor Chicken — Restaurant in Virginia

We decided to give this place another try but that was a BAD idea!!! I ordered a sopa de gallina India and my husband ordered la mariscada con crema and half Peruvian chicken. First sip of the soup and my tears immediately turned to crystal from how salty the soup was, there was no destiction of flavors only SALT! the chicken on the other hand hand absolutely no flavor. My husband's soup was just as salty. We let the waitress know that the soups were salty and all she offered was an Apology. As polite human beings that we are we decided to keep the soups and ask for crema to leasen the saltiness of the soups, the waitress brought back a crema that was so watery cream that it looked more like heaving cream without tasting like it. Point blank if you want good soups this is not the place! I don't know about their other food but I will never go back! Yuck . Also they need a better smoke filtration system because cause it's super...

3 I ordered a pollo guisado - they take a grill chicken and put some tomate souse and bring it to me thinking that I am stupid ! I am paying g for pollo guisado no for trash !

I went there yesterday on the way back home to North Carolina and it was delicious! I got the special number one and the scrambled eggs with shredded pork was absolutely delicious and I feel like the bell pepper with the onion just gave it so much more flavor. The plantains obviously are delicious because they’re fried and it brings up the sweetness even more I like the cheese in the sour cream that they put on it, and the little thick tortillas that they gave me were good. I also got a piece of rotisserie chicken, which was a chicken breast with refried beans and yucca and two Pupusas, which were delicious. I got the. Agua de Jamaica & Horchata water which were delicious because they were the real deal not the powder stuff that some Mexican restaurants or Hispanic restaurants give you.
