I placed an online order for 2 bar stools for curbside pickup. After receiving the confirmation email I texted the given number to alert the staff I was enroute as requested. Upon arrival I sent another text with my vehicle information and name as instructed also as requested. I waited for 20 minutes to no avail. I didn’t not want to leave the car sooner in the event that staff were working on the order. I then went inside to let the rep know I was picking up an order. I asked if I had messaged the correct number I was given in the email since the curbside option was a fail. The associate replied, “oh the phone died last night and has no charge.” This was at 2pm in the afternoon to note. 10 minutes later, the incorrect barstools were brought out, the two were mix-matched as well. I point out this was not my order the associate then went to the back and told me though online says what I ordered was available they in fact did not have them in the store. He offered the 24” stools and I agreed. 15 minutes later the associate returned and made me aware that those weren’t available either. I then settled on the more expensive stools of the similar style just to be done. Thankfully the associate gave me a 10% discount which I appreciate. I arrived at the store at 1:47pm and did not walk out until 2:50 pm. I do understand mistakes happen so I am not upset yet more disappointed as a first time customer at how this overall situation...

I do not mind paying full high price for what’s needed and do so regularly but I was sent by a colleague to this particular at home after the astonishing “clearance sale” they spoke about. I’m redoing a salon for a client and was looking for nice wall decor, seating and little pick ups . I was greeted with a extremely weird energy and was watched by a cashier IRMA as I took my time to browse. She watched me pick up everything single item from the clearance rack on top of the items I picked up from the main floor and argued me down the entire time about the prices as if I’m trying to steal or I changed what was coming up in the system. She had to change the price on one item after I had to TELL her to call a associate and price check . She wouldn’t honor the price of items coming up in the system , had me sitting there for almost 30 minutes while she racked the website trying to find it. Majority of the items are not even tagged , they are misplaced and extremely damaged. I paid for my items , putting some back because the absolute disbelief and disrespect I endured like I could not afford the items full priced or was flatiron out lying. The staff is unprofessional and vague. I have never had such a horrible experience and would not recommend any professional or personal...

I recently visited At Home and had such a great experience. The store was well-organized and stocked with an incredible variety of home décor, furniture, seasonal items, and unique finds that you just can’t get anywhere else. I could have easily spent hours browsing the aisles.
The staff was friendly and even helped me load a large item into my car. I also appreciate how clean and inviting the store was — it made it easy to take my time and explore. I found exactly what I was looking for to refresh my living room, plus a few extra treasures that I couldn’t resist.
