The worst service at this Mcds! UnbelievableâŚ.I ordered and paid via mobile app to pick up in store. I go pick it up and doors are locked during normal business hours. I am waving to employees and a guy waves me to go through drive thruâŚInstead of an employee opening door to explain whatâs going on. I go through drive thru line of like 5 cars and make it to window and I ask why doors are locked. They say they are understaffed, if so, then they shouldnât be open at all! I show them my order number and I see they cannot locate it. I show them again and then I ask for manager. The manager comes over and I pull up the McDs order receipt on my phone with the order number clearly showing payment and the Wonder Road address and he sees what I ordered which( wasnât much, a Big Mac, fries, etc.. Now Iâve wasted 30 minutes without food so I am not happy.. instead of making my food and making up for their screw up he continues to look in their system for the order. I tell him you are still not making my food when you see my order and how much time Iâve already wasted?. He says I canât find order number so I canât make your food. Oh what a mistake that was such with this poor customer service. I wasnât going to argue further and waste time so drove off without any food that I paid for and just left frustrated. Canât believe it the manager pulling that mess. Iâll be calling the McDonaldâs corporate office this week to let them know about this incident even though it will waste more of my time. Awful way to treat customers like this and to lock your doors during business hours without a good reason, totally unacceptable. The word will get out.    Read moreGirl at drive through asked for a code, and I wasnât sure where to find it in the app (yes, I know, I should be more tech savvy) and couldnât help me figure out how to find it. When it did find a code, I gave it to her, she took my order and told me my total would be at the next window. I got to the next window and the guy reached out for my payment, so I had to ask for and verify the total which was more than I was expecting. I explained that I had orders the $6 quarter pounder deal that came with fries and a drink, but he told me the sandwich by itself was $6 (not what the app said). I paid it anyway but expressed my disappointment and pulled to the next window. They were busy so they had me pull up to wait in one of the parking stalls. My food was delivered to me vehicle and I went on my way. When I got home and sat down to eat, I noticed a place picked out of the top bun and something made me turn the burger over to find 3 mold spots on the bottom bun. I tried calling, but the number on the receipt goes to the franchise headquarters and thereâs no extension for this particular restaurant. Then I tried to fill out the survey on the receipt, but it wouldnât accept the survey code the three times I tried. I tried the other option of filling out the particulars from the receipt only to find that that information was not recognized either. Thereâs no direct number to the store so I hope someone calls me back from the message I left. Tried this place 3 times Food is either cold, hash brown frozen in the middle, or you get burgers with the bun that is kind of hard, like the buns have been sitting out all day, the food is made very sloppy, cheese hanging literally half off the burger, the service sucks, you can never get anyoneâs attention and when you do they are on their phones, texting, also the last time I went there, I watched as a young man was doing hash browns, no gloves , he would open the paper wrap with his fingers and put the hash brown inside, and then he took an old cleaning rag and wiped the counter and turned back around and opened the paper sleeve with his fingers to place a hash brown inside, so what ever was on the rag and counter was now inside the hash brown sleeve. Nasty and Iâm done , they have one manager with blonde hair , heavy set, when she is there, all is good , but the other manager short dark hair with glasses, she is always texting on her phone and she is as worthless as a toad with no legs, itâs a shame The other thing I noticed that they do is the screen above the counter shows when food is being prepared â In Progressâ or âNow Seevingâ the take out orders or the Delivery orders will show that the are now serving and when delivery people ask about it, because the food isnât ready, they always tell people to wait just a few minutes longer.
