Walked into the restaurant and the whole place was filthy. There were napkins all over the floor and you could see a large amount of fries back on the kitchen floor, grease, and trash. I ordered my nuggets and the gentleman in front of the counter looked at me and asked what kind of sauce I would like. He looked as if he was frustrated and I felt he took it out on me. I asked if they had chipotle barbecue sauce and I'm assuming he didn't understand my accent and said "what?" loudly, then I repeated what I said. He then said that they didn't have that sauce so I asked if I could have mac sauce and he looked at me like he's never heard of mac sauce with chicken nuggets. He leaves at this point and went to the kitchen to I'm guessing, discuss with the cooks my request and he came back. He charged me for the sauce and asked if I wanted sauce for my nuggets, when clearly the mac sauce was for my 10-piece. I said, "just the mac sauce". I was nothing but polite talking to this man and he looked at me in a very non friendly, and frustrated manner. When I finally got my food I look in my bag and there is a squirt of mac sauce in a container that was barely enough for 3 nuggets! I could not believe how disappointed and dissatisfied I ended up after leaving that McDonald's. I don't know what this man's problem was but I surely deserved a better customer experience. I'm glad I was on the go and on my way across the state and will NEVER come back to this McDonald's, but I'd hate for someone else to have to go through this experience or a similar one. "Our goal is for you to be highly satisfied" is the first thing printed on their receipt. When I read it, I knew I had to take the time to fill to...
Read moreThe dirtiest, nastiest, restaurant I've tried to eat at in a long time. The tables were sticky and had dried food on them. The floor was sticky and dirt would crunch under your feet. The quarter pounder was so loaded with grease it left a puddle of grease in the box it came in. The fries were cooked in stale grease the FIRST time but tasted like they had been dropped a second time to warm them. The whole meal was dropped... Into the trash can. Not only because of the poor quality of food though. There was supposedly a "repair man" there with a light bright enough to be on a freight train on his head that he was flashing all around. The STUPID JERK didn't have enough brains nor common sense to dim it if turn it off in the dining room. My husband has a seizure disorder and bright flashing lights trigger them quite easily. Thank God we got outta there before it effected him. Even though we threw the meal away without finishing the nasty stuff, we were forced to leave because of his ignorance! When I mentioned it to the staff- I got the impression they couldn't care less. Rest assured we WON'T be back. And as for the STUPID JERK.. you do have one thing going for you.... When zombies attack, they are searching for brains, there for you are the safest man...
Read moreI’m usually not so bothered by things, but the Chicken Nuggets were cold and nasty. Yes I ate 2 with hopes the ones below would be better and hotter. No such luck, the 3 rd one I spit into my napkins and returned to the counter. Asking for fresh ones, only to be questioned by the “ manager” ranting that he could not replace them after half of them were eaten. I gave him the receipt and told them to keep the nuggets. He was so rude and his comments could and was heard in the seating area. Not professional at all and even in what he was wearing. The manner in which he spoke to me and his employees was horrible. How anyone could give them a good rating has a standard way below normal. Terrible service, food, customer service and cleanliness needs lots of help. Smoke breaks are not a priority before customer service ever, especially from a extremely tattooed manger who clearly doesn’t care about how he treats employees or customers. I would not waste your time going to this McDonald’s. They could all take some lessons from...
