Updated August 2024: they have made substantial progress in improvement with their curbside service and accuracy.
Updated Jan 2023 - over the last 3 times we visited and had take out, the food and service has been good. It only takes one time to really turn an impression southward. I recommend you always check the food and receipt when they hand you your food via curbside or drive thru. For the first time, I didn't observe this practice and I got burned. It wasn't until I got home, that we realized my order was short 2 items. Unfortunately going about a refund via the McDonalrs app is impossible. After reviewing the McDonalds website, it instructed me to contact or return to store for refund. I chose the contact via phone option, phone line was busy for an hour. Now I am angry, I had to drive 7 miles back to the store. I was told my the manager their phone isn't working... how convenient. Anyway, I got my refund.
Older: A little slow ordering at the kiosk. Only two people in front of me, but drive-through had a line around building. I needed help with my kiosk order because it did not print receipt. I pushed the "help" button once, then twice, and then pressed it 10 more times. NO one seemed to care. I waved to the managers and they just waved back?!? I stopped an employee walking past me, w/o acknowledging the help button. She seemed surprised that I needed or asked for help; despite the blinking orange light on kiosk. She was able to get me someone to help print me out receipt. Here's the rub, when you want fast food, it sucks to wait 20 minutes in total with at most 2 people in front of me. Read more10/9/2019 update Want to this McDonald's and my order was wrong told the manager Mianca that my order was wrong as no cheese was to be on my sandwiches she turned her back on me walked away and told the lady I am not dealing with this guy. I truly feel it is becuase of race that she did not want to help me and her rudeness towards me. The other manager was very nice polite and fixed my order, I then asked who the own of this McDonald's was and was told Mr Welburn was the owner ask for his number and the store manager name as well. This store is a franchise store. Well after every morning for 3 years of spending $9.61 cent for 2 egg mcmuffins and large coffee they just lost me as a customer it's only $60 dollars a week and $240 dollars a month of money they will no longer get from me. I will start eating at home or chick-fil-a in the morning and use that money a month to buy another car for my son......so he will be thankful this happen. Not sure why people feel they dont need to have good customer service when it's a customer based business. Lose your customer lose your business. But it does not hurt them they just move on to another company and do the same thing then that company closes. Anyone see the point of what happens with bad service.

Read moreI ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with the modification of no onions and no pickles. The sandwich came with one slice of cheese , 3 tomatoes, shredded lettuce, ketchup, musterd, and a slop of may. There was so much mayo that the hamburger was inedible. They put a bunch of mayo to cover up the fact they had put ketchup and musterd on the burger by mistake. No brand awareness and it seems they only care about making sure they do not loose money, but they do not care about the product. This makes sense, as I've seen the other reviews for the mapledale mcdonalds and it seems this is a long running business model for them. So to recap, they do not care about the product, and they will give you a repackaged sandwich. I'm assuming, someone ordered a quarter pounder and then didn't want it. They put it back in the kitchen, and when I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe they grabbed the already used burger put it in the microwave slopped on lettuce mayo and tomatoes on it and then gave it to me. SMH I will not return to this location as I'm assuming both corporate and management has given up on standard and food quality. SMH it is a shame but if corporate and management have given up on this place so have I. No sense in waisting your money at this location for subpar food.
