The tables were EXTREMELY dirty and my burger was dry and had no condiments and bread was over cooked. My daughters happy meal was the wrong size nugget count. But we were at a softball game and just had time to run in and eat and then go so I decided to try to call them to discuss my issues but got no answer. And not to mention when I was waiting to order the food I heard the guy (looked like the manager he was white with blonde/brownish hair and he had a small stature) walk inbetween 2 female employees (because they were blocking the way and it looked like he was trying to get work done) and I watched as they gave him dirty looks of a sort then when he walked out of earshot they started to then talk about him in a very demeaning nasty way and loud enough I could hear almost every thing said. Then they continued to roll their eyes and slam stuff around and not doing anything they are supposed to. It was just a majority (not all but still) of lazy people in the kitchen which you could see after 0.2 seconds. The entire dining area was dirty. I HAD TO CLEAN MY OWN TABLE, BECAUSE IT WAS SO NASTY, WITH A NAPKIN. The bathroom was dirty with water and toilet paper all over the floor. Just did NOT leave a good impression on me and my daughter. Read moreTwo lane ordering. Convenient location to or off I81. Decent fast food quality. There is a FANTASTIC drive-thru worker, a male named Lee....and he's a great conversationalist. I had some issues Friday with the drive-thru window 2. My order was incorrect and I was polite about the mistake. The two girls at the window seemed annoyed. I offered to pay difference. She said "No." and practically rolled her eyes!! I thought High Schooler, at first...but realized it was 11:30AM and that was probably unlikely. Some people shouldn't work with the public. :/ I was directed to park in Isle 1 space for waiting, which had customers eating in it (please leave these spaces once you have your order) and told the young girl but she waved me off. I parked elsewhere until they couple finished and went to space 1. It took 15+ mins for them to prepare my 2 cups of coffee and bring it out...ugh!
Update: I would say that they are continuing to do the best they can. I think it's just a complicated.

Read moreI'm a big McDonalds fan, but this was one of the poorer experiences I've had at any of the many McDs I've been to. I'll be brief. No one was taking orders at the counter, despite customers lined up for that purpose. Two of the four kiosk ordering screens were inoperative (black screen with a message saying a reboot was needed), and the other two screens had lines. I got the attention of a manager and told him about the kiosks and asked if someone could take orders at the counter. He said he would later but "I'm only one person." We waited in line at one of the working screens and finally ordered. The food (two McDoubles, coffee and apple slices) took a long time to prepare. When I got to the car, I discovered we'd been given an apple pie instead of apple slices. When I went back in and found the same manager, he looked at my receipt, took the pie, handed me a bag of apple slices, and walked off.
