McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

Came in here for breakfast and a coffee today, the visit started out nice enough, the cashier was warm and friendly and had beautiful nails, the coffee was sweet and creamy, and I was finally starting to feel better after my horrible experience at Burger King yesterday, especially after seeing the thing about smiling faces on the receipt, that is, until this lady in a red shirt started threatening to call the cops if I didn't stop playing my guitar,

She at least let me finish the song so but for the rest of the number I did have to listen to her constant grumbling about police and "can't do that here" and how she called the police on someone else recently, blah blag blah, although you know what really annoyed me? was that after complaining about the noise I was making she had the loudest conversation ever, yelling and laughing with the people she was conversing with, not that i was otherwise bothered by it but i have to say it was much louder than anything I was playing or singing and I don't see why I shouldn't be allowed to make as much noise as anybody else

Edit: Apparently if someone else buys you a meal you're not allowed to get a refill on the drink, I'm thinking next time someone wants to buy me food I'll ask them to give me money to spend at the dollar...

So my husband and I are traveling back to NC this morning. We decided to find the nearest Mcdonald for some coffee and quick breakfast before continuing our trip. Went to 2139 S. Crater Rd. Petersburg, Va facility. Got into drive through "long" line at 10:55, 5 mins later we finally got to order, made our payment, another 5-7 mins at the pickup window "patiently waiting", finally a young man came & pointed us to #1 park to wait for our order "while the fresh coffee is being brewed". We patiently waited at least 20-25 mins. My husband finally decided to walked inside to checked on our order. 10 mins later he finally came out with a handful of coffee & Mcgriddle. Kindly and calmly he said that the facility is under stuff due to some employees called out. I'm not complaining, just sharing our experience with. We continued our trip while enjoying the coffee & Mcgriddle. My point is regardless of how you're getting upset of slow customer service or whatever, you just have to have patients, you can't stress workers for already having stress such a thing. Have a...

I always get the same thing when my wife and I come through there, a lg frappe and a bec biscuit. The biscuit will break your teeth! The frappe machine always breaks down right when their getting busy. You need to get rid of everyone including the mgr, and get some folks in there that care about doing there job right. I called this morning bc of course the bec biscuit was hard as a rock I couldn't eat any of the biscuit! I paid 5 dollars for a burnt biscuit and some old bacon. Y'all suck part 2 today is 8/6/24 we just came in there at 7am and there were 3 cars in the drive thru, no one inside and we stood there for 15 minutes as I'm screaming to get the girls attention, dude working there looks right at me then goes to the back without helping us. Until the original manager comes back this McDonald's you might as well close the doors, everyone there is incompetent!
