Missy's Bakery — Restaurant in Virginia

Delicious. You know you have a good sandwich when it needs no further condiments. I typically put mustard on my sandwiches and did so with the first half. On a whim I decided to forgo the mustard on the second half and was delighted that the flavors were perfect. Their sandwiches come on a home baked torta which is essentially a Mexican style French baguette. They use quality meats and cheeses and quality control is important to them (I heard the owner advising the person making the sandwich to ensure it was made to her standards). And the confections, oh the confections. My wife loved the carrot cake cupcake and my lemon cupcake was delicious as well. Prices are also on point, just over $20 for 2 drinks, 2 chips, 2 cupcakes, and 2 sandwiches. Great place...

Met my husband for lunch here and I can’t wait to go back! The chicken salad sandwich was amazing. The cupcake with it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Everyone was so nice and friendly as well. Definitely has the ‘hometown restaurant’ vibe to it which is stellar. I plan on making the 45 minute drive more often as well as ordering some baked goodies in the future too!

Missy's Bakery is an awesome bakery/deli/shop. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their smiles really light up the place and help enlist a great atmosphere. They have excellent customer service.

The store is kept clean and tidy and organized in a way in which you can find whatever you want or need. And if you can't, there is always some one there to help you.

The best part of Missy's Bakery is, of course, the food. Their sandwiches are amazing. Their chocolate chip cookies are a must. And their cakes are to die for.
