I normally don't write restaurant reviews but wow. I have been looking for inexpensive Chinese restaurant beef chow mien the way I remember it from upstate NY with lots of beef and celery and FINALLY found a place so i ordered. Wow do i regret it; the beef in the beef chow Mein was clearly cheap stew beef sliced and tasted horrible in the brown sauce, they forgot my rice and sent wonton soup instead for some reason, the fried wontons I ordered were dry and stale on the outside and the meat filling was old tasting overcooked and not pleasant, and even the crunchy noodle for my chow mien and soup were stale. Now I wasn't expecting much, i ordered cheap fast American Chinese food on purpose but this place was just terrible. Definitely do not recommend. I read the reviews and figured a lot of people were complaining about rude service and no refunds and i figured with uber eats i would avoid both those problems but the quality of the food was a whole other level of bad. Also mind you i placed my order a full hour before closing so it's not like i ordered...

We normally go to Hunan on Broad Street, or Yen Chin on Midlothian but since this is closer to my friends house, we figured we would try it due to the snow, Very Disappointing...The service was poor, the lady was super rude, they messed up our take out order, my friend ordered fried rice, got white rice, I order wonton soup, got egg drop soup, I had to drive back, waste my gas and time to take back the egg drop soup ask for my wonton soup...They lady was rude and told me she asked me, but I ordered wonton soup and hate egg drop soup...the windows are super dirty, the heating vents dirty...I will never ever go back here...but to be fair the food was fair in taste, but not as good as any other Chinese take out in Richmond and surrounding area...I hardly ever complain but felt the need as the lady had poor customer service and her negative attitude ruined my mood...

Terrible, I ordered the take out I have never taste no Chinese food like this. The rice was like a Spanish rice. The food taste like dirty pots and pan. No more for me. We ordered a dish with pork, shrimp and chicken, Mongolian beef, chicken with cashew ,wonton soup and some how another they through some stale tasting hard chicken with sauce on the side like a orange chicken that we didn’t order. Also I don’t don’t know what kind of filling that was in the egg roll but awful. The food was very hot when delivered but it was obvious that the pots need cleaning from the stale taste of the food, unclean refrigerator or previously cooked. I wish I had taken photos before the garbage. We couldn’t eat the food....
