Paisano's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Customer service terrible and rude. Called in my order and drove the 4 miles to go get it (because if you get delivery you get soggy fries). I don’t mind the drive as the food is great. When I get there they just keep looking around for my food and tell me I didn’t make an order. So the other employee (I recognize his voice as the one who took my order over the phone) makes me call to prove I have the correct phone number. I call and it’s correct. Another employee comes over from Handling pizza no mask no gloves and starts punching digits into the screen and says my order isn’t there, but then finds it (then goes back to handling pizzas without washing hands). Then original employee asks me for the payment and I ask is my order ready? He said no we didn’t put it in.

I told him I had to get going back to my children’s Halloween activities he said with no emotion well you have to wait until we make it and asks for the payment again.

I decided to go without. Mistakes happen I get it but no “sorry for the error” or “we will make that right away for you”. Just some simple courtesy or recognition that a mistake took place.

I’ve been coming here for 6 years. Great food. Same telephone number and same name. They said I wasn’t in there system that’s why the order wasn’t placed (despite telling me it would be ready in 15mins and the total amount)

Horrible experience. Called from my office phone to place a pick up order and the person who took my order(which was the manager) gave me the worst attitude because he assumed I was one of my co worker s who also had an issue with them in the past with an incorrect order. When I was done giving my order and he did not ask for my name he just gave me the total in the worst attitude, and hung up on me. When I came to pick up my order there was a young lady there and I told her that whoever took my order had the worst attitude and did not take my name. The young lady told me “oh that was the manager, he’s from the military so that’s just his personality”. I told her well, it seems like he’s having an off day. As a manager, if he can’t provide good customer service then he should go back into the military or pick a different career. We have a lot of people that work at my office and he should not assume I’m that one person because he had an issue with them before. Very unprofessional and...

Really like the salads here. Chef salad with variety of options to customize it as you like. Definitely recommend. Paired with extra large supreme which was very good as well. The only issue, pizza is a bit on the high side. I realize this is not Papa John's, but for $20 bucks I could get 2pies instead of one. Even with codes it's still a bit pricey. Will I continue patronage? Definitely. The variety is bar none, it just won't be weekly at full price.
