Ordered delivery yesterday directly from Rally’s and half an hour later, got an email that my order had been cancelled by Rally’s. Checked my bank account today and I was still charged for it. Charge cleared, not even pending. So I call the restaurant and I’m told they don’t have any control over cancelling orders. Even though I have an email which clearly states they cancelled it. So I’m told to call corporate. When I ask for the number, I’m told they don’t have it. When I ask “So you’re standing in a Rally’s restaurant but don’t have the corporate number” I’m again told no. They don’t have it. So I look it up and call corporate. They find the order, see it was cancelled on their end and then tell me I have to speak to another department about being refunded my money. Great! Transfer me! Oh no. That department will call me back in 3-7 business days. Oh. Okay. So I have to wait 3-7 business days to even speak to someone about getting my hard earned money back for a mistake that I didn’t make? How about I take 3-7 business days to pay you? That’s unacceptable. So order at your own risk. I never got food. Still got charged. And am still waiting for recourse. Plenty of other places make food and don’t jerk you around...
Read moreAfter taking my order and my money they told me to pull forward into a parking spot and wait for them to bring me my food because they were cooking the bacon for the burgers. After 20 minutes of sitting I walked up to the window and asked the manager what the holdup was and he said there was a problem with a cook getting off work and didn't complete my order. He said he would quickly make it again for me so I waited another 15 minutes in front of the store in the rain to finally get my order but it was incomplete missing fries. At this point I asked for my money back and ask for a receipt which I was never given when I paid originally. After searching multiple computers they told me there was no record of my transaction and ask for me how much my total was and I told them $23.75. Finally the manager gave me my money back. I will say that everyone there was extremely friendly but seemed completely overwhelmed...
Read moreLong wait. Cold food. Update. Gave this location 3 tries. Always a long wait and cold food. One time I sent a message and they replied and gave me $15 credit on the app for food that I had to throw away. However, the closest location available to use the credit was a few hours away. Last night I was hungry and gave one last chance. One car in front of me. Took 10 minutes at the box. My turn at the box and it was 8 more minutes before they acknowledged me. When i ordered and puled up, it was obvious that the cashier was friends with the car in front me. They talked and joked for 30 more minutes while I waited. They got a small bag of food and continued to talk. I couldn't just leave, because I am boxed in the drive-thru. Finally I am at the window. I paid, my food was ready and waiting. In and out. I pulled in the closest parking to check it. Of course, it is very cold. NEVER WASTE...
