Rubino's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Virginia

EDIT: I was contacted by a manager who did tell me the sweet pepper and hot pepper jars were mislabeled. They delivered me a new sandwich, and a gift card without my asking for either. Thank you for rectifying this situation. I just ordered a cheesesteak for delivery, with no onions, no American cheese, and add provolone cheese and sweet peppers. When the order arrived and I took a bite, the peppers were some of the hottest I've ever had. Everything else was prepared correctly, and I did eat the entire thing. When I called to inquire about the peppers, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me I was wrong. I tried explaining that I just wanted to see if maybe their sweet peppers were also spicy (like hot cherry peppers), and in that instance I would just omit them next time, but the woman hung up on me instead. There are too many other businesses in this area with food just as good, to order from a place with rude people. My family and I will not order from them again, which is a shame since the food has always been good (including this time, minus the peppers) and we've enjoyed...

Hellish heartburn (and I never get heartburn) from one big slice of veggie pizza.

I ordered by phone since I was on the road and was passed on to someone who was pretty unfriendly. They said they don't deliver anymore but I give 2 stars because to their credit they did set it up with a third party, and it was there within the 40 min they promised. Ending up paying $80 for 2 cheese, 2 veggie large pizzas which seemed pretty high but I guess that's the delivery cost?

Also it arrived luke-warm, undercooked bread and the entire hunk of overkill-grease cheese slipped off the moment we all picked it up. Oh and I asked for small slices since there were a bunch of people but they were large and you had to use two hands to pull it apart. The list just goes on...

Anyway, I can't help but take what people are saying as "best pizza in the area!" in a negative light now, like a backhanded compliment..."oh, you poor little exurban pizzeria." Seems like it's a hit-or-miss place and I imagine it's better to dine in with a beer, so I probably just happened to have a...

I won't be coming back. I don't feel i have to say this its.. pretty apparent... the staff is rude, and has an attitude.. obviously the place is spacious, and lovely, but I just can't get over the TERRIBLE customer service.. its a shame. The staff has absolutely no consideration for the needs of the customers. I've been there twice, and the first time.. they didn't even place our order.. We waited for an hour.. thinking they must be busy.. we ask, and they casually say they forgot. The second we go there they don't listen to what we order, and we end up with the complete opposite of what we order.... instead of 4 slices of Margarita pizza, and 1 slice of Cheese. We end up with a slice of Meat lovers, one slice of Cheese, and then one Margarita. When we nicely tell the lady that the order was wrong.. the lady ignored us.. and we casually left... and now we just won't come back.. Probably just gonna go to the other one in...
