Please do not order from this location. The owner is very unprofessional. I just placed an order for a shrimp basket around 12pm. I was told it would take 45mins for me to receive my order which is understandable for delivery during lunch hours. When my order finally arrived it was cold. I'm not talking slightly warm but cold. The French fries weren't eatable. Very soggy and cold. The shrimp was slightly crunchy so I did eat them. After eating my cold shrimp I called to let them know my food was cold when I received it. The owner immediately got on the phone with no greeting at all saying "I told you it would be 45mins before you would receive your food" it took me a moment to realize he was even talking to me. I replied by saying yes you did. He then told me my food is cold because it took 45mins and I knew that. So the owner of this location is telling customers to not expect hot or warm food when you order around lunch time because its impossible to get warm food. He was totally disrespectful. When I tried to explain to him that my food wasn't warm it was cold and thats not excitable he raised his voice and said he isn't going to argue with me. As much as I eat out I dont think I have ever left a review. I actually downloaded this app just to leave this review. I am in disbelief at how I was treated because I called to tell them my food was cold. I wasn't seeking a refund or anything. I just didn't want this issue the next time I ordered. They wont get another dime from me. Save yourself the trouble and order from someplace else. Please take your money elsewhere. Non of their food is made fresh anyway. Its frozen and heated or deep fried. Not at all worth your hard...

This WAS our go to place until TONIGHT! We ordered baked Ziti and Ravioli entrees. Both orders arrived with meat in the bottom of the dish. No where on there menu did it say it had meat in these dishes. This is very important because some people do not eat meat for various reasons. My son was hungry so I had them re-make the ravioli with no MEAT. Once the remake came (took it to go) the bill came and they had the NERVE to charge us for the ziti which was not eaten. I told the waitress (who we always had serve us) that they ought to be ashamed of themselves for charging us.

Then out of no where this tough guy loser low life comes up to me yelling and screaming. Claiming I was insulting the waitress (which was absolutely un-true and ridiculous) He claimed he was SECURITY (ridiculous) - this man threatened me in front of the entire staff and my son. I could not believe what was happening. The manager just stood quiet letting this low-life continue. When he threatened me a second time I told him to go ahead and do as he said right in front of the cameras. He approached me and the moment he realized the cameras he walked back behind the counter like the coward he really was.

This place has changed ownership and I want to say to the new owners SHAME ON YOU!!! You not only lost a customer but your employee threatened bodily harm to a customer in front of their child. I will not only report this to my credit card company I will also pursue action against this...

So here we go yet again. I have tried...I really have...to give this place a chance. How many 1 stars can you give a place and they do nothing to change. Tonight I order my food only to have the website glitch out again due to not having the proper inventory. Call in to find out they have changed from Coke to Pepsi, but website doesn't reflect...go figure. Order my food via phone and the price is different, so I question her about my coupon. She says she added it on and I make my payment...didn't tell me the final price by the way. Get the ticket when the driver arrives and no coupon. THEN, the driver forgets my drink. I tell her I will call in to and get the credit. 20 mins later she is back at my door with attitude saying she paid for a 2 liter out of her own pocket, that I didn't have to call in, because she got her butt chewed. First off, I didn't say anything about you, just that I wanted the credit for my drink. Second, I cannot control how your ignorant manager treats you...maybe that's a clue that you shouldn't work at this crappy place. Then she says "Thank you' again with attitude as she is leaving. I AM SOOOOO DONT WITH THIS PLACE. How many times can you forget someone's drink. I use to leave notes in the comments so they wouldn't forget. WHY do I have to babysit grown people. I don't know how this place keeps a rating of 4.4 when all I see is 1 and 2 stars. The food is not worth it and the service is the same...both...
