Sbarro — Restaurant in Virginia

Today, I was at the food court of Dulles Town Center. My 19 month old son wanted to go to the carousel, but I didn't have any cash to pay for the ride. I asked the employees at Sbarro if I can pay $5 extra for a soda, and if they can convert it to cash? Unfortunately, they couldn't because the system wouldn't recognize that transaction. Then, the female cashier ( María or Marta, can't remember her name) ran to the back of the counter and brought $2 from her purse and handed it to me with a smile. She said, here, have fun 😢😢. This is the first time I've had the opportunity to try Sbarro even though I've been to multiple different malls with Sbarros in them

The staff at the Dulles Mall location were very friendly and polite and seemed to maintain a positive attitude even though they were very busy. We ordered 2 of the XL NY style slices and they were very very good. I love the fresh crispness of the dough throughout the slice and the ingredients were fresh as well.

I dont know if you can order Sbarros "by the pizza" instead of "by the slice" but I'll definitely be a...

I paid for 1 large lemonade drink and they give me large cup full of ice & little be lemonade I went back to get a refill & the manager (Antonio Umaña) refused to get me refill. I told him the cup was full of Ice but his attitude as manager was very poor & not the best. I will not go back ever again or tell any of my friends to go there and eat with this service, besides we are regular customers but at this point I'll tell people go to other restaurants but not this one...
