Read moreHi, Everyone I would like to share my experience with Grill Kabob today. I wanted to order Chicken Kabob with rice, WE DON'T HAVE IT, answer was given in very unprofessional and rude way. Cashier was very rude and full of attitude, I am not sure why she had an attitude towards not just me also couple who ordered before me. By the way she was talking and walking around the store seems like she was a part of ownership. Most likely she was mad because one her employee didn't show up or quit on her, and she had to cover her employee.I ordered my food without saying anything.
I had Grill Kabob food few times within few years or whenever I come to mall I choose Grill Kabob because it was tasty but not this time. Food was not tasty at all. I had slight conversation with the person behind counter after I was done, If it was under different ownership or something else happened but the person was not willing to agree with my views about food and especially white and green sauce. I like to have sauces with my food and if there is less tasty sauce then the food doesn't taste good to me. At last, I just had to say, Owner or manager should listen to consumers and show some interest about finding what causing the taste issue and resolve it instead becomes offensive. I see they were working hard to make money and we do the same outside and give them business so they can survive in...
Read moreThis location is inside Dulles Town Center in the Food Court. I needed something vegetarian and since there isn't many options at the mall, I got the falafel platter. Just FYI, the board on the wall doesn't match up in price or # to their paper menu. Which they go off the paper menu, so I almost got the wrong thing. The falafel platter includes 3 large falafel patties, rice, salad, chickpeas, bread, and a white and green sauce. As far as taste, the falafel was ok, a little bland, but so greasy. It was just oozing grease. I ended up throwing them out, which was definitely disappointing. I'd never get them again here, or recommend them. On the bright side, the rest of the food was really good. The chickpeas were my favorite! If I was eating meatless at the mall, I'd ask for a big bowl of the chickpeas as my protein (not sure they do it though). If not, I'd just get my usual at kabob places, chicken. Prices are pretty high (my husband's combo was $22!), so I don't usually come here, or DTC in general, but I will order sides of the chickpeas...
